Pulled into drive thru, was not greeted, I had to ask if anyone was there. The only response I received was that they were busy with online orders so it would be awhile. Left without ordering wondering if I would be getting the same response if I would have walked inside. Sounds like a time management problem, not your customers fault you have more that can be taken on.

So my boyfriend place an order online at 8:30pm when he arrived he grabbed it he noticed that he was missing the cookies and the guy behind the counter grabbed them no problem. However when he got home he noticed he didn’t have double meet and no bacon. So the nice girlfriend I am went back to the store to him a new one! When I arrived there was 3 workers two behind the counter and one walking around the front. I told one of them the problems with my sandwich he asked if id like a new one or just the add on I said I wanted a new one he looked over at the other one behind the counter and muttered something about doing it and worker #2 went to the computer and did something and worker #1 told the work standing in the front “someone unwrapped her sandwich and ate the bacon” I said nothing. Worker#2 begins to remake the sandwich whole time worker #1 and 2 are just messing around putting stickers on each other and just having inappropriate things worker #3 was talking about her terrible mother how she has no respect for bad moms while walking around me I tried to move away and she just kept walking around me , worker #2 is muttering to himself “I put triple meat on that!” Also they tried to toast it and I stopped them before they put it in the oven and they rolled their eyes and continued to make my sandwich however worker#1 is not talking to me but about me right in front of me and said “I’m going to make this so perfect she’s going to forget she came back” I replied back “I wish” mind you I’ve been in there at like 10 mins at this point for one sandwich and THE RESTAURANT WAS DEAD I WAS THE ONLY COSTUMER I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and disgusted with a food place. I’ve worked in fast food I get it but at one point can you remember that you are at work this isn’t a place to hang out with your friends.

first off I ordered a meatball sub from there at 7:20 pm. and they never started it until I got there and it was 7:40 when I got there. the guy was all rude and mad that he had to make a sub that late and they didn’t have any meatballs which would’ve been nice to know before I ordered. so they just put all of this mystery meat on it and no sauce whatsoever. what if I was allergic to the meat? when I also got there was 2 people there and they were in the back messing around while I was there just waiting. never come here. worst experience of my life.

Nice quaint little place. Our gal that made our sandwiches looked very craby. Otherwise nice little place.
Churro is disgusting. Churro leaves an aftertaste of bitter soap. Very little sugar and cinnamon stuck on to the barely crispy churro. The churro was badly chewy on the inside (like shoe leather) The churro is NOT like a good crispy chewy churro.

Can't recommend. It's a bunch of kids working and if you don't tip, they need with ur food.All my meat is frozen still.Adding the tip feature gave these already entitled kids an excuse to work worse.
