Can't make a ham sandwich to save their life. Have gotten turkey the last two times I ordered from the app. It literally says black forest ham. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

So I stopped in to this Moorhead location normally great service, but the Spanish chick behind the corner was rude from the first sentence, and all I said is i want the grilled chicken avocado a footlong and made just how its recommend it, she continued to ask me if I wanted cheese. I said I wanted how it's recommended. And then I guess it was too hard for her it's too comprehended. So she went to grab another worker who has been there longer than her. Just so she could understand that I want it as recommended. And I, uh, I'm posting 2 pictures along with this. The messy one is the 1 that the Hispanic chick did wasn't even cut all the way through, like you're supposed to and just a complete mess, something that I would not even give to a stray dog, i was there around 6pm and there was no reason for all of her anger just because I asked for the sandwich to be made as recommended. She didn't know anything about the sandwich. I get it was a new sandwich, but that's why you learn as you go. I've worked in the food industry for a damn near 15 plus years. And how she acted was completely unprofessional, and just rude. If I was the manager or owner at that establishment, I would have let her go on the spots, but then again. But the food industry isn't how it used to be. They take the lowest, just because of the employment rate so down. And picture #2 was made by other person, and the hispanic chick. Did not apologize for messing up My sandwich didn't say sorry, didn't even acknowledge that she did anything wrong. She just sat there whistling to herself. It's like she had 0 professionalism And no common sense was acting like she was not in the wrong for anything that she did, even though she was the one that made the sandwich in the first picture.. and it all started because she knew thing about the new subs..

The employees were friendly and kind. Even when i was fumbling around figuring out a new order, they even suggested a sauce for my protein bowl that turned out to be a wonderful choice
My only complaint is that they are not allowed to customize the nachos. What do you mean there are all these delicious vegetables nearby and I'm stuck with raw onions and tomatoes and nothing else? Not even any olives or banana peppers? That's a bad choice on the part of corporate. Had to change my mind and get a protein bowl instead.

I had one bad experience the girl was a bit rude but every other day when it’s the two girls in the morning around 10-12pm are very kind idk their names but one has yellow has the other has long black hair . They’re very good at their jobs and I love seeing them because I know the customer service will be great

Pulled into drive thru, was not greeted, I had to ask if anyone was there. The only response I received was that they were busy with online orders so it would be awhile. Left without ordering wondering if I would be getting the same response if I would have walked inside. Sounds like a time management problem, not your customers fault you have more that can be taken on.
