I cannot believe how slow this place is, also it's not first come first serve. If you're in the driver through they will literally make you wait 20+ minutes before you can even order as people inside are served before you no matter when they walk in... I will be driving an extra 10 minutes to the next closest one, unless I find out it's the same crap owner/ownership group.

I went to Subway, and the girl with the bleached, damaged blonde hair gave me the worst attitude. I hope she learns better customer service skills and doesn't take corrections personally. After I told her, "I'm only paying for my friend," she still charged me $30.48 for two footlongs.
As a customer, I was very disappointed in the customer service, the cleanliness of the business, and the attitude the employees had when I had stopped for lunch this week. The bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned for weeks, several flies were constantly landing on the food. You could see staff waiving their hands across the food storage bins. When you did ask for extra veggies on your sandwich, the employee would give you an attitude. The whole experience just turned me off and decided to use another Subway for a better experience.

I frequent this Subway fairly often and have done over many years. The East 10 Subway is generally clean and the staff is generally welcoming. A few months ago a car ran into the northeast corner of the building and the outside repairs seem to be completed but they are still working on replacing a window and finishing up repairs inside. Today my wife and I ordered two sandwiches both of which were done quickly and accurately. The pop machine and floor around the pop machine was a bit of a mess. We mentioned it to the staff who quickly came out and cleaned up the mess.

10/10 sandwiches were great! The woman who made them was extra cautious with my families food issues and she was absolutely delightful the entire time!! I'm so bad with names but I believe it was Libby...? She was wonderful and the fam loves the food!

Honesty, the food is all about what employees are working and less about the food itself. When a worker cares, it shows. When they don't, well, that also shows. Food luck!

I ordered Italian herbs and cheese on my sub and my girlfriend ordered Italian artisan bread. We got our sandwiches and the right fillings were in the bread but the bread was switched around. I got the Italian artisan and my.girlfriend got the Italian herbs and cheese.

Waited in the drive thru for 5+ minutes for the intercom to tell us "visit during normal business hours". No response and still 10 minutes till close. Could've at least told us instead of ignoring us.
