The place was okay. The first few times I went there, everything was just fine. The food and the service was good. However, my recent visit wasn't good at all. I waited and waited at the front for someone to help me find an open table because I can't see very well due to my visual impairment. Nobody came, so I eventually just left.

Servers took almost an hour to take my order and the kitchen managed to forget one of my groups meals so we had to find a server since none had stopped by again and the person who delivered food basically dashed away right after leaving it at the table on top of waiting for that second meal. Also not to mention all of our stomachs felt messed up after leaving from the food. The guy who took are order though took it down correctly he did a good job though much respect to servers out there.

There were 4 very large parties at the restaurant the evening we were there. The food and service were wonderful. The food came in a very timely manner. There were no delays involved with such a full restaurant. We have had equally good service in the past. We will definitely go back there again.
We ate a late lunch on 9/24 looking forward to the burger/shake meal that we have enjoyed in the past. We were expecting a nice thick shake that included the parfait glass & the metal container it's made in with the extra shake as we had in the past. We received just the glass parfait and the shake was very runny to the point you had to drink it right away or it would be completely melted. Our burgers were way over done where we couldn't even finish them. Our total bill was $89+, which is completely ridiculous for the quality of food we received. They also are one of the many places charging you to use a credit card (IMO this is cost of doing business). As much as we loved this place in the past we will not be going back ever. A LOT of good money wasted on a poorly cooked meal.

I got a burger, which was still pink in the middle and barely even warm. When inquired with the waitress, she said they default to medium for cooking the burger meat. I do not recall that being on the menu or it being told to me. I can't imagine most people prefer a burger this way so to not even mention it is baffling to me. I won't be returning.
