To Whom it may concern: My experience today September 16th for my lunch break was horrible, so whoever was working at 1130 was very rude taking my order. I asked for a mr. Misty freeze and kindly asked if you had them, and she said well yea!! What size!!! I said a medium and my flavor, then she said rudely the price and pull around. When I got to the window she opens the window grabs my card and i pay she whips out my card and receipt to me, and I said Thank you and she slams the window. I work in customer service and believe me if I treated customers the way she did I wouldn't have a job. Also, the way I was treated made me take a left turn and went over the curb with my car in hopes of not damaging anything because of her shitty attitude!! I know people have bad days, but dont take it out on the customer's, or you won't have any at all!!

Ordered 2 blizzards, 1 medium 1 mini. Waited nearly 10 minutes in the drive thru. Employee was not very polite. Neither blizzard was mixed more than half way down and the strawberry cheesecake blizzard seemed to have cherry and chocolate in it.

We ordered a banana split and a hot fudge sunday with nuts . No nuts and every table was disgusting, l had 2 wipe our table down and it took 35 minutes 2 get our order! DON'T EAT THERE

I love going here! The staff here are always real polite and cheerful. My order has always been correct. Food is fresh and hot and delicious! Sometimes, I just feel like going here so I can drive through the drive through, for my moo latte of course, but also for a friendly face. Especially when I'm a little down or having a bad day. The smiles that you receive are worth spending the money on these gloomy days ..

If this all app had zero starts I would put zero. We waited for 15 minutes while our ice cream was sitting on the window counter melting. Meanwhile the ice cream is melting down the cup and taste horrible The workers sat there smiling and talking and wouldn’t even take our card. The one girl with black hair and funky makeup and long nails kept looking at us and smiling and ignoring us. Don’t recommend!!!

When you walk in no one says hello, employees look like they are asleep. First customers of the day, order was messed up. Very poor service. Employees clothing sloppy. Make your employees treat your customers better, if you don't have customers you won't have a jobAlso, instead of just giving a carbon copy response to reviews, try addressing the problems.

The ice cream is not very thick (multiple times), the chocolate coating on a dipped cone is very thin. Somehow, the price on the drive thru menu is way lower than what they actually charge. This last time, the menu said a medium dipped cone was $3.39, and they told me the total was $4.80. That’s over 40% more than the listed cost. I asked them about it in the drive through, and the lady was very friendly, but apparently they changed prices in their system without changing them in the drive thru. It’s probably been months that I’ve been noticing they tell me a price way more than it says. It would be helpful if the price on menu was the actual price.
If this Dairy Queen was a daycare, I wouldn’t bring my kids there. Buuuuut, protip- get a vanilla cone dipped in choxlate, but wait! Have them poor a good bit of the hardening choco in the base of the cone before they put the ice cream in the cone. Happy ending to your…ice cream cone? Trust me.

Decided to give another shot after the last experience. Food was barely room temperature the only thing fresh was cheese curds, gravy i ordered for dipping sause was water gravy, my son wanted a red velvet shake and complained it tasted like straight milk.
