When you walk in no one says hello, employees look like they are asleep. First customers of the day, order was messed up. Very poor service. Employees clothing sloppy. Make your employees treat your customers better, if you don't have customers you won't have a jobAlso, instead of just giving a carbon copy response to reviews, try addressing the problems.

The ice cream is not very thick (multiple times), the chocolate coating on a dipped cone is very thin. Somehow, the price on the drive thru menu is way lower than what they actually charge. This last time, the menu said a medium dipped cone was $3.39, and they told me the total was $4.80. That’s over 40% more than the listed cost. I asked them about it in the drive through, and the lady was very friendly, but apparently they changed prices in their system without changing them in the drive thru. It’s probably been months that I’ve been noticing they tell me a price way more than it says. It would be helpful if the price on menu was the actual price.

If this Dairy Queen was a daycare, I wouldn’t bring my kids there. Buuuuut, protip- get a vanilla cone dipped in choxlate, but wait! Have them poor a good bit of the hardening choco in the base of the cone before they put the ice cream in the cone. Happy ending to your…ice cream cone? Trust me.

Decided to give another shot after the last experience. Food was barely room temperature the only thing fresh was cheese curds, gravy i ordered for dipping sause was water gravy, my son wanted a red velvet shake and complained it tasted like straight milk.

Out of onion rings, out if boxes for their meals. My Mister Misty was all liquid. My husband extra thick strawberry malt was like drinking milk from the carton. His single cheese burgers were microwaved. The pickles from the burger burned the top of his mouth and his top lip.

We stopped by today in the drive thru, our order was incorrect but we rolled with it anyway. Headed out of town and tried the ice cream. It was so sour/ rancid tasting we all a mini blizzard, a banana split and a hot fudge sundae were all thrown away. It was eating spoiled milk. Tried to call and let you know, something was not right. No one answered the phone.

Usually I have no problem but tonight the 28th I waited for over a half an hour. They put a tray with food on the counter and called 63. The tray stayed on the counter a very long time. Frys were coldI waited and asked twice who's tray that was for. She said it was one fish and a cheeseburger and frys. The girl kept saying it was for 63. My number was 83. Finally she said it was my tray. The fish was wrapped wrong thats why she kept telling me it was a cheeseburger. I asked for fresh frys and she did bring them to me after I sat down. This was not acceptable.

Horrible customer service. The staff needs training and direction in basic communication skills. The owner and managers have really dropped the ball on their job. I will not be going to this place again.

I don't recommend they took almost 30 mins just to get our food.and when we had gotten our order they had forgotten our two sundays! And Their workers don't know how to keep there eyes off of people they are so snoopy!!! Also more strawberry filling then ice cream .

This establishment is a discrace to DQ. The franchise owner should be ashamed. Moldy tasting fountain drinks, blizzards so runny they can not be served upside down. Nasty burger with bare minimum toppings. One onion ring on the burger??? I got so grossed out I threw the burger in the trash after a couple of bites. If this is the state of the food and fountain I can only imagine what the condition of the ice cream equipment is. How often does that get cleaned???? I hope for the sake of the Morris community they can get this place pulled together. Absolutely GROSS!!!

I've tried too many times to give this place a chance. Even private messaged the owner who did offer, and send a gift card. Spent nearly $40 tonight on crap. The sprite smells like mold. It's BAD! I'M guessing they haven't cleaned the machine in ages. The fries are the limpest wet undercooked unappetizing thing I've seen in a long time. The double bacon burger was a Joke. One teeny tiny onion ring. All the sauce was melted and spilled everwhere. It looked disgusting and my husband wound up throwing it out and up chucking the rest. They never serve blizzards upside down, they are always super runny. I have ashame and blizzard left, but, after the sprite, I'm nervous to even consume any little thing here. Never again. This was the final straw. In fact I'm shocked it still open. Someone needs to call the health department
