If you like having to use a kiosk while 3 people watch you struggle behind the counter cuz they are to lazy to ring you up then by all means come to this McDonald's. I will never be back. Worst ran McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Ended up leaving with no food.

Date:May 25th, 2023.Buiser Noon Hour seems alright.While waiting for my food,I had goten up and asked for my order of my Cheeseburger.As i ordered my food,The Employee had said:"Just..Just a Cheeseburger?"As i agreed;Yes.The Line was buiser than i thought,1-4 people were waiting as well for their food not a problem.but as i wait for mine,typically 10 Minuets from an order i place shouldnt take longer and it was simple meal.As i waited,asked the cahsier about my order he said that he'll get it ready,and as i asked him about a reciept as well.And the manager had helped me with the reciept for proof of purchase.all done.He also added an Apple Pie for " Thanks forWaiting"and handed me the reciept,i check the meal,cheeseburger is all keptchup slopped with cheese/ 2 pickles and single slice w patty.A apple pie too.thats is not a proper look.and looks weird ngl...02/10
We had dinner at this McDonald's yesterday evening,. We were tired and grumpy and hungry. We just had a very bad day. Jeremy greeted us and heard we were having a bad day. He was very nice and caring, and made sure we knew how to get the most food for our money. We wanted to get 20 chicken nuggets, and he explained that it would be cheaper to get two 10 piece nuggets with the buy one get one for a dollar deal. He did not have to offer this deal to us, but he did. He was very warm and charming while helping us. Jeremy deserves a raise. He is an incredible employee, and this McDonald's is lucky to have him as an employee.

I had done a mobile order and it was accidentally given to a different car but when I went inside and explained the situation one of the workers a young gal was so kind and made sure I got everything I ordered and also gave me some coupons to use next time. I was having a tough day but this really made :)

Just got their new Crispy Bacon Chicken Ranch Sandwich. The picture looked amazing, but reality was less so. The picture showed big strips of bacon and Ranch dressing generously dripping from the edges. For some reason, the sandwich came with very little Ranch dressing. I had to pull off the bun to verify that any was put on the sandwich, biting into it one couldn't tell it was even there. Same with the bacon, while looking for the Ranch, I discovered the 1/2 strip of bacon broke into small pieces around the single lonely pickle.It just seems that McDonald's has raised their prices to match their competitors (Burger King) without maintaining any kind of quality. I had stopped going to McDonald's over the past few years except for their coffees and occasional breakfast sandwich because the quality company wide had degraded while the prices have increased beyond belief. I thought I'd grab and iced coffee and saw the chicken sandwich looked really good, so I ordered it. I should have just stuck with the coffee, lol. I don't expect food to look exactly like their posted pictures, but seriously, 2 strips of bacon and an ounce of Ranch dressing is not too much to ask for a $12.71 meal! They have lost my patronage once again.
