Probably the worst customer service experience l've ever had:( 6 people at the bar and took the bartender 15 minutes 2 get me a drink Maybe 10 people in the dining room and it took me another 20 minutes 2 get my meal!! Had them throw it on a go box!! Cranky cranky service

Great food, waitress was attentive and knew answers to all of our questions. No wait during a weeknight dinner. Decent prices especially for the amount of food! Brought home leftovers to enjoy for dinner the next day.

Burger was overcooked, got the wrong fries, and the crinkle fries were undercooked and unsalted. Burgers had no flavor. Bacon wasn't thick cut as noted on menu. Service took forever. Got our son's burger after everyone else was already done eating. 30 minutes until we were asked to order. Server was friendly but inexperienced. Beer was good. Lemonade tasted like dirt, similar to Fergus Falls water.

We had Audrey as our server and she was attentive, nice and checked on us appropriately so we never needed to track someone down for a refill.
The food is hit or miss according to my previous experience, but today, whoever is cooking is spot on. The pork, brisket and onion rings were all done perfectly.

Most of the servers are attentive. There’s always one server who seems to forget that exceptional, attentive service creates repeat customers. Some of the menu items were good(burgers), while a couple were just MEH (I ordered the *recommended* artichoke dip and for the price & quality of the microwaved amount I got was disappointing. The pork sandwich with slaw would have been better had the pork been moist and not hard and dry on a few pieces).

The Old Number One is probably getting all these stars from me for the sake of nostalgia, but there's something to be said about going back to your old college bar and seeing it hasn't changed a bit. (I remember the service being better, though.) Same cheap drinks, same great bar food. Ahh, memories.
