Overall a pretty great place. They have good burgers, great gyros, and amazing curry fries (if you try any of their appetizers at all I'd strongly recommend them). The vibe is pretty chill and the staff are friendly. They may not always be the fastest, but I've never experienced a wait time that outweighed the quality of the food they serve, and again, you will not regret ordering the curry fries.

First, I want to say the servers are very friendly (truly some of the best!). The food is good. Some guests I heard complain about the portion size vs price; I think that is subjective to what you are used to. I thought the price and portion size were good. The reason this place is a 2 star is the cook time. I have been there twice now and it has been absurd how long the wait has been. This last time myself and my sister ordered salads and it took over 2 hours! The server was friendly and clearly embarrassed how long it was taking. Between my 2 experiences I have spent 8 hours at this restaurant, most of it waiting for food. I would like to return at some point but not until the wait time is figured out.

Field to table yumminess. Solid service and people who care about what they do and how they do it. Food was SUPERB, beer was EXCELLENT, service and interactions with owner and waiters was FANTASTIC. Cannot recommend more. Check it out. You will love it.

Dietary restrictions: They had gluten-free pasta for the same price as the regular - and it was the best pasta I've had in AGES. This place is how its done.

An hour and 20 minute wait for a small salad and a burger is kind of ridiculous. Had prior time commitments so I wish the lengthy wait would've been communicated.

This is a hidden gem in our area! We came from Alexandria and ate here for the first time today. Some really unique menu items and everything was fantastic! I especially loved the sweet potato chips. Maja was our server and he was awesome too and very attentive and accommodating to special menu substitutions. We would come back from Alexandria again just to eat here!

Visited our daughter at the Morris campus—we loved all our hand-crafted sandwiches: BLT with fresh-cooked bacon, Banh Mi, Bacon Cheeseburger! Great fries! Comfortable and pleasant ambience, friendly service. We will be back for dinner and cocktails!

Great food with a variety of options! Servers were friendly and atmosphere was very relaxed. Did take a while to get our food, but we also weren't in a rush.

I come here at least once a month, and it's probably my favorite restaurant in town. Beautiful environment, good food and there's always friendly service (especially Ella). The food sometimes takes a while to come out, but it's always worth it.P.S: PLEASE bottle and sell the sauce that comes with the curry fries. I will buy your entire stock.

I don't understand why this continues to be an issue. Food is very good -- nice variety along with different flavor profiles for a small town. But they just CAN'T get an order to you (no matter how small) in any kind of reasonable time (last visit was 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Menu might be too large as well.

Party of five, everyone enjoyed their choices and were excited by all of the varied menu items. I had the Big Mac and cheese with brisket and would definitely highly recommend this meal. Others had burgers, salmon quesadilla, Philly chicken, and cavatappi with evoo, and as I stated everyone was more than pleased. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food at Stone's Throw is very good, made from scratch, with ingredients from local farmers as much as possible. The drinks are definitely the best in town and the prices very affordable.

Bad experience. The first three beverages I ordered were “unavailable.” The dinner I ordered originally was “unavailable.” The staff was very friendly and tried to make the best of a bad situation, which seemed due to poor management, definitely not the server’s fault. The chicken breast dinner was baked in a way that made the chicken a sickly, white color that was unappealing. They tried to hide this with balsamic vinaigrette, which didn’t combine well in terms of flavors. Although not the restaurant’s fault, a toddler kept screaming at the top of his lungs. The dinner took approximately 60 minutes to come out, which seemed excessive.

Loved it! The boss noticed my cool Ice cube shirt the first time I went by and overall I just enjoyed the food. I also loved that they had hot Cheetos for the chip options, which is something you don't see often in Morris!

Beef empanada and pulled porkBoth meats were dry. The dough was not fully cooked and seemed like it was covered in raw flour. Pickles were just cucumbers.I have empathy that times are tough and I think the owner himself delivered our order... but I can't currently recommend this restaurant ?
