The last few times I have ordered ‘food’ and not just Blizzards, I have had to pull over to the side and wait for my food. The last time I was given my Blizzards and told to pull over and they would bring my food out. So now my ice cream sits there melting for 17 minutes (I timed it this time).
Fast forward to today. I ordered 3 Blizzards, fries and pretzel sticks with an extra queso. I ALWAYS get the pretzel sticks and ALWAYS order AND PAY for an extra Queso. It is a 50/50 shot whether I get the extra Queso I paid for…and as luck would have it, once again I order it today, pay for it and get home and it isn’t there. I’m just tired of it. If this was a once MAYBE twice at the most issue I might feel differently but it happens more often than not that I don’t get my extra Queso. To some it may just be .55 cents but it adds up to dollars when you pay and don’t get what you pay for. I’m going to lay off DQ for a while. I will make my own Queso and buy a box of pretzels from Wal-Mart. I hate it because your Queso is really good.

Only problem we had was I ordered a #5 which is a double burger but was given and paid for a #6 which was a triple. Everything else was great

Food was awful I got patty melt and bread was not even toasted. there was a pile of purple Onion in the middle of it and some cheese no sauce nothing. I called to speak with whoever was in charge and he said his name was Chris he never apologized he just wanted to know if I had a receipt.

Always a great pit stop - we like their $7 meals - 3 pcs chicken strips, fries, a soda (or bottled water) & a hot fudge sunday (or sometimes bump it up to a blizzard). 😋

I/we we went to another local DQ and had a wonderful experience!!! Sunday 10/26 we went to DQ in Montclair, CA and the service, food and restaurant we all excellent!! Vanessa, the girl who served us was just lovely, and very accommodating... everyone there was great!! the food was delicious and fresh, and the peanut buster parfait was amazing!!! The entire time there at the restaurant was A+++ 💖💖💖
This was the worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen! I was there around 5:20pm and the bathroom was "not working" my blizzard was runny and could not sit inside and the table outside almost fell over!! Caleb the employee was rude and could see my husband is disabled! He has cerebral palsy, and it is obvious when we walked in to order!
The tables inside were stacked against the wall with caution tape. The table outside almost fell over when I put my food on it! They made the Blizzard before the chili dog and stuck it in a little fridge behind the counter, so when I went to eat it was runny! I usually go to the Dairy Queen in Montclair CA, but I wanted to try another location, so we even drove further from our home in Ontario, CA The inside tables are inaccessible because they don't want to clean up or do any extra work, same as the bathroom?! That is a definite ADA violation to not allow disabled person to use the bathroom!
John the Franchisee called us after he complained to DQI and he threatened my husband Rick with legal action and said he had a fake disability; he never met or saw him! He also told us to file a complaint with the Governor of CA and Rick also filed one with the BBB!

Picked up a dessert this evening. Pretty Terrible. This is a medium sundae? It was a nasty melted mess of a 1/3 size cup. Maple Rd. Troy, MI location. Disappointed.
