Nice Staff. Seems like a pretty fresh remodel throughout

There is NO water slide. We booked here specifically because the google pictures showed a small water slide in the pool area. The kids were beyond bummed about this and would have booked elsewhere had we known.

Great staff, service and overall plenty to do for kids and teens.

We spent 2 nights in the jacuzzi suite and cannot wait to go back sometime! We had no idea that there was a bar and grill, game room, 32 lane bowling alley, swimming pool, hot tub, axe throwing, etc. The person checking us in was kind enough to let us know about all that. The food was terrific. Room was very large and spacious. Very quiet and clean. Great location that has a nice walk path across the street with a beautiful scenic view. Nicest hotel stay I've had.

Amazing location

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. I called them and was given a specific rate over the phone, but when it came time to pay, I was charged more than what was agreed. They promised that the manager would contact me to resolve the issue, but no one ever followed up. Poor customer service and I will not be staying here again.”

The dead bolt didn't lock was the only issue I have havmd here. And it wasn't a problem because the other lock locked fine. Nice rooms, friendly help, answered all my questions. Niceplace.

Friendly staff and everything is nice except for the freezing hot tub

The location of this hotel is strategic and the huge parking space.

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Spacious clean rooms. There’s so much to do. Bowling, arcade, axe throwing, and a bar with the best bartenders. So much fun on a road trip. Would make a great date night or with the kids or a great stop on a trip.

Clean place to stay they have breakfast also coffee all day but overall good vibes

I found a baby roach in the bathroom of my hotel I checked out right away and I killed it and showed it to them and wouldn’t give me my money back. I’m so disappointed in this hotel.

The room overall was good we got a big room for low cost the service was pretty good but there was this worker that was working really hard by herself pretty sure no one was working hard like her the location is good it’s really good cause it’s connected to a bowling alley the place is overall really good I recommend going here

Hot tub was broken and that was the reason we booked the room in the first place. Jacuzzi was dirty with hair in it.

Other than that, breakfast had a good selection and room service from the Mermaid was great! Pool was heated well, which made swimming more enjoyable. Building is currently under rennovation
