From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was genuinely welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I immediately felt like a valued guest rather than just another reservation.

The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotless, and it was obvious that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a long day. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel, which made the stay even more relaxing.

The location was another major highlight. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and safe. Parking was easy, and getting in and out of the property was hassle-free.

One thing that really stood out was the customer service. Every employee I interacted with greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s becoming increasingly rare to find a hotel where the staff consistently provides such attentive and friendly service.

The amenities were excellent and well maintained. The common areas were clean, inviting, and comfortable, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. It’s clear that management pays attention to the details and genuinely cares about the guest experience.

Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in quite some time. Whether you’re traveling for business, a family vacation, or just a weekend getaway, I would highly recommend staying here. The combination of outstanding service, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location makes this hotel an excellent choice. I will definitely be returning on my next trip and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends, family, and colleagues. Had the two room Jaquzzi Suite, SOOOO NICE!!! We were definitely impressed for a Friday Date Night!! The whole establishment was decorated nicely and VERY CLEAN!!! Good customer service!! I didn't want to go home!! Definitely will be back!!!!

Nice room, only negative thing was the fridge didnt cold enough and the know was broke, otherwise it was fine. We will stay again if ever in this area.

Easy to get to. Rooms were clean and looked recently updated. The hot tub water was not clear. There was kids jumping in and out after 9 pm. The pool water was clear but too cold ! So no hot tub or pool for us. The breakfast could use more fruit. Only choice was bananas and most of them were not ripe.

Stayed at the Mounds view, Minnesota location May 30th to June 1st. Hotel is very clean, guest water up front always had ice and cups. Breakfast was very good. Pool was clean hot tub was clean. The room was very clean TV worked great, Good water pressure in the shower. Convenient location with easy parking.

Front desk staff is very friendly
Rooms are exceptionally clean, carpets are clean as well. Breakfast was also fresh and hot every morning. The hotel and staff are a 5 star in my opinion.

We paid 200/night as we got gouged on pricing given the soccer event, and the hotel didn't even have enough towels for us to shower.... not ok

This place is nice and clean and the staff was nice and friendly. I went to relax due to my broken knee and I loved it and was able to heal and get my self right. Thanks for all your help and time.

Took the kids here for a no school stay and had a blast! The rooms were newly renovated, and connects to the Mermaid. The pool was nice and clean, they offer free breakfast, and I love that you can choose a corner room when booking! Def will be back again.

I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s a well-run motel, clean, recent updates to the rooms (though they still haven’t fixed the broken drain stopper in #108, the whirlpool suite). Most hallway noise is soundproofed, though room doors loudly slam shut, which got annoying while trying to take a peaceful bath.

I’d give 4-stars, but they were stingy about refilling the waffle batter because it was 9:55 AM. I don’t blame staff; she was working solo on a busy Sunday. Management should better prepare for the 9:30 breakfast rush.

I have stayed at this location plenty of times and never had an issue. But this last time it was terrible. The first room they gave us had linens and sheets all over the beds were not made so the manager came and was very apologetic and was not happy that the room was not clean and ready he moved us to another room. The next room was better but the fridge was hot and smelled terrible and was not working so maintenance came and switched the fridge out. The manager was very nice but was embarrassed about the conditions. We took the kids to the pool after dinner and there were adults in the hot tub that were obviously under the influence talking about porn cussing and being sexually explicit in front of children and made a inappropriate racist joke to my nephew. We left early and told the woman working the front desk. She said unfortunately there is nothing I can do!!! Are you serious? I told the gentlemen working the front desk this morning and he was not happy he said she should of handled the situation and or called the police. Im not sure i will be returning and it makes my kids sad because we have very great past experiences.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel itself and our room. We had the 2 queen deluxe room, corner room. The room was very spacious and incredibly clean. The bathroom was very nice with double sinks, one outside the bathroom and one in the bathroom. There was plenty of room for our Son's playpen and could have had a couple roll-outs if it was needed. There is a pretty big fridge, for a hotel room, and a microwave which is helpful when our son decides he isn't interested in eating his food at the restaurant 🤦🏻‍♀️😆 The windows have a darkening shade and a regular curtain for privacy, as well as keeping the sun from shining in too early and waking up the little guy. The staff was very friendly and kept up with the breakfast area, not allowing things to get too low and cleaning the counters while walking through. The selection is different depending on the day, Saturday morning was a basic breakfast and Sunday was biscuits and gravy. I am not sure if that's is the regular for each day of the weekend, but there was no complaints from our group on any of the food served in the morning. Coffee was fresh, had apple and orange juice, as well as a large ice water dispenser. There is a pool that we were unable to utilize with the events that brought us up here taking up majority of our days, but is good to know for our next trip up. I saw a sign that said bowling area, so I anticipate there is some kind of game room and/or bowling alley available as well, again didn't have the opportunity to really check it out. I would recommend anyone who is going to be in this area, passing through or as a destination, checking out the availability of rooms and choose this hotel over the numerous others that are around, the amenities and price were completely worth every penny. Thank you for making our stay so amazing, it is so appreciated to find a clean and friendly place to stay for the weekend. This is our second stay at this location. The rooms are clean and the staff are accommodating. Unfortunately, the excessive marijuana smoking inside of the rooms is a large problem for those that are drug tested and I would not bring my kids to this location.

Staff all very friendly and personable. Breakfast was terrific and fully stocked. Pool area amazing, spacious, clean. Towels plentiful. Beds and pillows comfy. Honestly not a single complaint. Kids already asking to stay there on our next trip because the pool was that enjoyable. We'll be back!
