We love visiting this location and we visit often because of the friendly staff and cozy surroundings. Upon arrival we are always greeted with enthusiasm. Staff even remember the items we like to order. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to greet us and they never make us feel like they are in a hurry when taking our order. We will continue to visit this place.

The Mounds View Caribou appears to be gong out of business. I would not be surprised based on my experience there. I bought 2 lbs of coffee and was nearly sent off with barely 1 lb of ground coffee. I’ll be back to Caribou, but likely to drive past this Caribou Shop in the future.

You've got to go in and give a try to this fall favorite that is NOT pumpkin spice! It is a HOT Apple 🍎 blast... which is steamed hot cider with caramel and whip! 😋 YUMMY 😋

Clean and welcoming! Very friendly staff. They turned attention to me as soon as i was ready to order, very cheerful and quick staff from start to finish. While I was waiting for my drink, they were all chatting and laughing. Good chemistry behind the counter and it wasn't inappropriate like I've heard other places when its a somewhat young crew. Perfectly tasty smoothies and shaker! Came out promptly despite them being fairly busy in and in drive thru! Overall, great experience !!

Came in on Saturday around 2 and stood there for 10 minutes while they continued making drive through orders - no acknowledgement at all. I wouldn’t mind if they bothered to tell me that they were busy and would be with me in a few minutes. Disgusting that that’s how they treat the customers that are coming in. Drive through isn’t worth it either because they’re doing orders too quickly during busy times
They told him, my friend, not to come back. I'll tell you the story. My daughter told him every drink of things in one, only in one, and he told her not to come back anymore, that the names of drinks should not happen.

My daughter and I always go there and now that we went, my daughter always orders a rose and an iced coffee and they made fun of her because she didn't say the people's names correctly. Now I went now.

Caribou is probably my favorite national chain coffee place. I always hit this location when I'm in the area. Convenient, great service, love the turtle mochas and vanilla white mochas.
