Consistenly good experience! I come to this caribou at least once a week after daycare drop off and my food is always hot, drink orders are right each time and the staff is always friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: the inside is pretty wheelchair accessible but I wish as a wheelchair user it would be easier to move furniture by the fireplace so I can sit there in my chair and my friend can still sit in a comfortable couch spot

They no longer have those unique greeting cards but the other merch is still good for gifts or a boost to a road trip. The service is some of the best. Always so friendly, helpful and personality+. Hazelnut vanilla coffee beans for home. Sugar free Cooler for the road.

Great caribou location with friendly staff and good drinks. Pretty good about following customizations like different milks, etc. Not a lot of seating inside, and not a lot of outlets for customer use, but otherwise love this place.

Caribou is such a value these days when going out for a coffee is pretty expensive. You usually spend $6-$7 for a coffee alone at other places. At Caribou, I can get a small coffee and a bagel and cream cheese (any bakery item) for just over $5. That’s amazing to me. And back-tracking just a few months, they still had the eggnog latte during the Christmas season when some other chains had dropped it.
