We stayed for a soccer tournament and they were very accommodating to our team. Breakfast was very good as well. The lobby area is great and was used to feed meals to the team. Staff were friendly and willing to help.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub are nice. The room door was sticky so I had to double check that it was closed when I left the room. Also attached to the hotel is The Mermaid event center… good food and a bowling alley. All in all it was a good stay! I would stay here again.

Loved the location. Has an attached bowling alley which was fun cuz we could just walk to it. food was excellent, lots of variety on the menu. The rooms were very clean and the staff was always friendly. had a jacuzzi tub in the room which I absolutely loved. I would stay in theat room agaim.

Pool heater broken. Hot tub broken. Slide broken. No gym. This left us with nothing to do during our stay. I feel this should have been known prior to our stay. And tv wasnt many channels available. No good.

The hotel was very nice. No water slide but that wasn’t a big deal. The facility attached to hotel was very nice and convenient as well. We played bingo, darts, pool and had a beverage at the bar. Breakfast was good too!

Highly recommend staying here - clean, great price and TONS of amenities = attached to a sports bar, bowling alley and arcade. Pool had a slide which the kids LOVED. Lakes minutes away! 10 minutes from the National Sports Center (where our tournaments were held).

Great experience and wonderful staff. Breakfast was an excellent variety of items. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely will go back to this location.

There was no maid service. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and shampoo. Other than that it was a great place to stay. They may have just been short on employees like the rest of the world these days.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The rooms were clean, the bed was slightly uncomfortable but ok. The water slide was getting repairs while we were there but you could still use the pool and hot tub at least. Great options for a quick breakfast in the morning. We were there for a wedding and the venue on site is great!! Plenty of entertainment for the kids, bowling, arcade, swimming, lots of fun by everyone.
