They served me an inedible pizza 😔

I went in and asked for fresh breadsticks because my wife was craving them. The guy at the counter was super nice and said no problem, but the breadsticks we got were hard and deflated. We've never had problems here before. Just really disappointed 😞

Edit: Update: I called and they had me come back and and remade the breadsticks for us and they came out great. They apologized for the inconvenience.

I used lived moundsview 1980’s used best pizza today I bought 4 pizza worst pizza I ever had never go there again what’s going on ?

Replace our order for two pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks on our phones online and our order was ready in less than 6 minutes. Very impressive! The staff was also friendly and courteous.

let me start by saying, i’ve never even considered leaving a review for a restaurant so the fact i’m leaving one now speaks for itself. as an assistant manager at a pizza place currently, i can honestly say this is one of the worst made pizzas i’ve ever had. ordered a pretzel pepperoni, and they gave us a cheese pizza. the sauce wasn’t even covering the entire pizza, half of it was just crispy dough where sauce and cheese should’ve been. service was okay but the dude at the counter seemed pretty clueless as to what was going on. this was just not it. usually a big fan of little caesar’s but would not recommend this location.

Do not come to this location! The pizza was thin, had barely any cheese, no sauce, and was burnt. Bad customer service, they do not care.

Great deal when ordering online. We had a large group and were able to feed them all for a great value. If you order online for delivery, Doordash delivers.

Wasn't able to get pizza this time.. we had to settle with something different due to the short staff and volume of orders that were already place ahead of us stopping in... great pizza.. bad timing this time.. ☺️

Worst place to go. Waited for over 20 minutes and were not even greeted. Tried to get the attention of multiple staff members and they blatantly jsut ignored . When we asked for a rough estimate on when we would even be helped to place an order they said “idk. We are behind on online orders” and then walked away. We waited another 10 minutes and asked again if there was an estimate and if we should just go somewhere else, the old guy said “yeah probably” . Very rude staff.

Poor customer service. Staff don’t answer the phone when trying to place an order. When I drove up to the location I see staff just hanging around talking.

We visited this location over the years many times and never had a good encounter we came back because it is 5 minutes from our house. No longer will they see our business. 3/04/25 We stopped in for a simple very simple order of Italian Cheese bread, we asked for a fresh one. GERALD took our order, ZERO CUSTOMER service skills. No greeting or welcome how may we help what can I get you HOT - N- Ready today nothing not a hello. We witnessed GERALD handle the cash register and walk to the back kitchen not washing his hands and making food, no hair net (his hair is longer than 2 inches except the top balding area), and very uncleanly. We waited 15 minutes for the request we paid for and when we asked for the sauce GERALD grabbed two sauces from the back ignoring us completely requesting sauce set them on the counter behind the register and went to the back kitchen. Another gentleman who was working finally assisted us with the sauce. It does not matter what people request or pay the fact we pay to eat out and dealing with this behavior by employed people is an embarrassment. Took us 3 days to reach the store manager and of course, all they want to do is buy you a meal or refund your order, Some things CAN NOT be fixed with free things/refunds. As an RGM of restaurants and manager in customer services 10plus years, I was appalled. Eat at your own risk of food-borne illnesses. I do not like complaining but awareness of unsanitary food should be exposed. Cash register dirty money to food is a BIG NO NO.

Too thin of a crust... needs more dough... this is unacceptable and totally un American. Not the first time either. Little Caesar, Do better next time.
