Worst place to go. Waited for over 20 minutes and were not even greeted. Tried to get the attention of multiple staff members and they blatantly jsut ignored . When we asked for a rough estimate on when we would even be helped to place an order they said “idk. We are behind on online orders” and then walked away. We waited another 10 minutes and asked again if there was an estimate and if we should just go somewhere else, the old guy said “yeah probably” . Very rude staff.

Poor customer service. Staff don’t answer the phone when trying to place an order. When I drove up to the location I see staff just hanging around talking.

We visited this location over the years many times and never had a good encounter we came back because it is 5 minutes from our house. No longer will they see our business. 3/04/25 We stopped in for a simple very simple order of Italian Cheese bread, we asked for a fresh one. GERALD took our order, ZERO CUSTOMER service skills. No greeting or welcome how may we help what can I get you HOT - N- Ready today nothing not a hello. We witnessed GERALD handle the cash register and walk to the back kitchen not washing his hands and making food, no hair net (his hair is longer than 2 inches except the top balding area), and very uncleanly. We waited 15 minutes for the request we paid for and when we asked for the sauce GERALD grabbed two sauces from the back ignoring us completely requesting sauce set them on the counter behind the register and went to the back kitchen. Another gentleman who was working finally assisted us with the sauce. It does not matter what people request or pay the fact we pay to eat out and dealing with this behavior by employed people is an embarrassment. Took us 3 days to reach the store manager and of course, all they want to do is buy you a meal or refund your order, Some things CAN NOT be fixed with free things/refunds. As an RGM of restaurants and manager in customer services 10plus years, I was appalled. Eat at your own risk of food-borne illnesses. I do not like complaining but awareness of unsanitary food should be exposed. Cash register dirty money to food is a BIG NO NO.

Too thin of a crust... needs more dough... this is unacceptable and totally un American. Not the first time either. Little Caesar, Do better next time.

This little caesars is a special kind of hell.
Apparently it's too much to ask to have the woman working not sit on the counter avs put her shoes on it.
This place should be shut down

UPDATE!! Ok this place just gets worse all the time... the last workers we have encountered were either, so unwelcoming and mad to take ur order. Or looked "unhygienic" or acting crazier than the bread!
Last time my son walked in to empty store waited over 5min for worker to pace past him a few times and go to the back again and not greet him or take order so he left... They won't answer the phones so no way to place orders directly but website has no option for 2x extra cheese or any way to customize certain things... if theyre understaffed maybe they should lower hire age to 14+ so they could get some extra help. And not be so overwhelmed and taking it out on customers. I am ALWAYS nice and polite to any employees anywhere even when orders totally wrong or late so I dont appreciate rudeness..

This location often has waits for their hot n "ready" pizzas during peek times and if u go after 730 the pizzas r old. And they r often out of things they shouldn't run out. Most recently they were out of the highly advertised stuffed crust for 4 days! But its a good and cheap way to feed a crowd and they do have friendly service!

I have being waiting for 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and a couple orders of crazy bread. This is insane. This a horrible experience please avoid this and order somewhere else.

Never had a "hot and ready* pizza actually ready when I walk in.

Rude customer service lady didn't get my order right I asked for my wings to have sauce on the side. ..and she said oh I forgot. .. with an attitude 😒 first visit not going back.

Ordered a stuffed crust & Detroit deep dish, both were undercooked with raw dough. Never had these issues with the Dominos across the street, never again. Do better!

No gloves 🧤 being worn here and the guy who makes the pizza looks like he’s on drugs has on old silver rings while touching everyone food the manager needs to do better very disappointed ☹️ in this location and how clean the workers are they hire anyone now’s days and don’t care about safe handling customers food

The pizza was raw they got it done quickly but the dough was raw you couldn't pick up the pizza it just flopped down I hope I don't get sick
