Had the same guy come up to the front twice. No hello no customer service or anything. Very rude in my opinion. I ended up leaving, no pizza 😒

Old bald guy is beyond rude and unprofessional - this is the second time I’ve come to this location and have been completely ignored. The white older bald man is the most unfriendly and disrespectful individual I’ve ever came across for costumer service. Mind you the location is dirty and looks neglected.

I waited for at least 15 minutes waiting to be serviced with my grandmother and children waiting in the car. It’s Minnesota and freezing out. I didn’t get a single “Hello” or “I’ll be with you in a minute” -nothing radio silence. Customers were coming in and out also not be greeted despite them being online orders. Dude had the audacity to come to the front turn his back and completely ignore me but complain out loud how unhappy he is with the amount of pizzas he’s making.

I have videos of me just waiting there to prove the lack of customer service and lack of engagement

I would never recommend this location to anyone and honestly disappointed that this man has ruined little Caesar’s for my family and I. I do not understand how he still works at this location knowing I’ve witnessed him 6 months ago snap on a black woman using racial slurs, intimidation and refusing service to her after she spoke up from also waiting over 15 minutes to serviced.

Avoid this establishment until better employees that accurately represent Little Caesar’s are staffed until then avoid the hassle of racial profiling and the false hopes of a non-existent dinner.

Quick and great value on 3 assorted pizza's for the grand kids. Nothing write home to Mom about. Much better than frozen.

Workers handled food without gloves and the person working the front sneezed into her hand and just wiped it on her shirt. It was disgusting.

I like the food but seriously people, follow some health department guidelines.

The guy behind the counter was awesome, the bigger dude making the pies.....the the guy taking it out the oven, cutting it, and placing it in the smart oven....all had a perfect synergy together that handled that kaotic lunch rush, plus us dashers, and I'm assuming grubhub

I got my pizza Right away which is great, but I get home in one of my dipping sauces is open on the side which really sucks. My buddy asked for an all meat pizza and got home and saw it was a cheese pizza. Also it took 30 minutes, Plus when he was waiting, there was a drunk guy in there and the cops should have been called but they just told him to go away and never come again like what the hell? Call the cops on the guy. This has happened numerous times with messed up orders we're going to Domino's for now. Every time I order? I'm good

Ordered a pizza online. We don't have little cesers near us, so this was a new experience. Picked up the pizza in a hot and ready oven. Entered a code from my email to open the door for it. The man working was friendly. Offered my son a bag of cookies, and asked if we needed parmassean cheese or red pepper flakes. Pizza was delicious and fresh. Quick and easy lunch today while we were in the area.
