This place is a damn shame now! Wait time is wayyyyy too long for a damn pizza! 2 times now I’ve waited way past my scheduled time! Pizza comes out all soggy and greasy! Let’s do something about this NOW! Can’t even get into customer service because they also don’t know how to answer a call!!!!

They DO NOT answer their phone, Ive actully confirmed this in the past by calling while sitting in the store after I couldnt order ahead online so I had to stop in order and wait and they just ignore it (tried multiple times) then the recording directs you to use the website but if you have an issue ordering on the site you are basically left with go in or go elsewhere. Tried recently to order pizzas online for a birthday party the next day (which is an option on the website) and it says it cant process the order and again no answer on the phone and Im not driving across town just to place an order. Ended up going elsewhere.

This place is not that good for all those people to be standing inside waiting!!! There wait time is well over an hour for anything. Nothing is hot and rdy ever! And the night manager is very difficult to get along with. I give this place my lowest score ever and iv been in some dumps. This place takes the crown.Parking: I don't understand how there is always so many people here with such slow and poor service all the time.Kid-friendliness: Manager is not nice.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Rude and unprofessional customer service for no reason. The cashier locked the door as soon as he saw a black man and refused to give me my food I ordered online. I had to repeat myself 4 time until I was acknowledged. The cashier, who refused to give me his name, the pretended to search for my food to go and look at the warm and repeat my name.The manager Jerry nonchalant and crabby.

Little Caesars you should be ashamed to have a franchise location like this one. This is my second time to ordering from this location. My first time was a while another story. My Detroit deep dish pizza was the most pathetic looking thing. This location didn't try. Look at this sad version of a Detroit deep dish. I don't even know if I should laugh or cry, it's pathetic ????

Worst pizza I ever had from a little caesars location. The pizza had little to no sauce. The crust was rock hard and it made me sick the next day. The health inspector should give this place a visit and shut it down or more people are going to get sick.
