Show up at 3pm to pick up an online order only to find no one at the register. The guy before me said he was there for 5 minutes and no one came over. Started banging the couter but Mexican lady and the cook looked at us and then goes back to whatever they were doing. It wasn't until the drive thru guy went on break and we pulled him aside before we got or orders. 10 minutes to pick up an order that was already done,

Food typically tastes good. But for some reason they can't remember to put the sauce i order in the bag. Seems to happen more then it should. Imagine getting 20 nuggets with 0 sauce. Cmon peeps.

I asked for a medium lemonade with no ice and this Mexican dude came to me with a medium cup but the lemonade was not even halfway. He continued to argue with to state that a medium lemonade with no ice is a small and that that’s the portion I was given. In all my year of going to McDonald’s, I have never had this issue. This location sucks.

Over charged for 2 fish sandwiches wich on windows had 2 for 6.00 but was charged 11.12 at kiosk and manager couldn't barely speak English he couldn't understand when I called what I was trying to say Get better management not the first time I've had orders or prices messed up still have not received coupon from two years ago for the mess up and shorted me food

Service at this MacDonald's is generally poor. Some fries were soggy and other fries were crunchy. At least this time they fixed my hamburgers correctly. Often times this is not the case.

We’ve had poor service several times recently and are about to stop going to McDonald’s. Why would you clean coffee machines during peak coffee times. Really poor management.

I come to this mcdonalds once and order a sausage mcgriddle but substitute chicken patty instead of sausage and i offer to pay extra and they had no problem with it then today i go again and order same thing and the lady didnt even want to take my order because she is lazy! You cant pick and choose wwhat you serve!
