December 2 2025 at 1:02 pm. Burgers so cold the cheese wasn't even melted and so nasty my dog wouldn't touch it. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers plan. One for me and one for my dog. They were so bad the dog wouldn't touch his. He literally pushed it on the floor, snorted, and looked at me. Like, I ain’t eating that. It doesn't even smell good.

Be aware, one guy in drive thru, takes the payments, is keeping credit card info and using for personal use, fraud.Has happened twice now.Tried to report but have gotten no help from McDonalds. Have had to get a new credit card,drive thru option, same guy, twice now,will have to pay inside if I go to this one, Moundsview, McDonald's!

This McDonald’s Has TERRIBLE customer service. Rude staff and food always comes cold or just flat out wrong. 100% would not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
