My name is Russell and we had a celebration of life there on the 5th . The room was set up very nice. The friends and family arrived on time. The server was a very nice young man . But then they brought out five pizzas. What a joke all five were burnt to a crisp,little to no sauce ,the cheese was black. An hour later they brought out another five that was worse than the first five. I can't believe anyone in that kitchen would even let that out of their kitchen without being embarrassed. This must be why they make you pay for your event a week ahead of time. I would advise people not to plan events here until someone shows some type of pride in their food. Every guest that came commented . I hope my wife in heaven will forgive me!

I highly recommend not booking an event with this Venue. My finance and booked a date for our wedding reception and paid for half. We have been trying to contact them since a week after the booking with no response at all. In the mean time they have our deposit and we have nothing. Be forewarned.

We had a great time enjoying dinner and drinks tonight! Our server Steve was awesome. We were in stitches the whole time. Nicole was a hoot too! Good and drinks were good too! Would definitely recommend a visit here.

Had my daughter's birthday party scheduled for yesterday. Booked plenty of time in advance and got the confirmation email that everything read set. About a half hour before the event I got a confirmation text. When we got there and went to the front desk, we were informed that they had overbooked for a league tournament and that they didn't have any open lanes for the party The Manager, Patrick, also claimed that he called and left a voice mail, which never received a call or message. When asking him when he called me, he said around noon...
the party was supposed to start at 2pm. Even if I did receive a call, how on the heck would I be able to plan a birthday party on that short of time for 7 kids. This situation was VERY frustrating and I can't believe that they couldn't have called me days before letting me know of the situation.

The place has been there forever and appears to be content just doing the minimum to pay the taxes waiting to have the land bought out by some large developer. Lots of space inside and few people. Food is decent but nothing special. Bowling was overpriced (around a $100 for 6 people to bowl 2 games on a Wed afternoon). Service was lower-tier. Nothing really special to make the place worth going again.

A bit over priced. The wait staff is pretty decent MOST the time. The food is good... not great for what their charging. They also removed their trademark Mermaid ... she needed updating, but the people of the City of Mounds View are pissed! RESTORE AND REPLACE HER!

Nice lanes, friendly staff, great bowling experience, and fun atmosphere. The baby greens salad and French Fries are probably the only vegan food items available.
Last three times I been their never got waited on. Finally had to leave. Worst service ever. Used to be a good place but whoever runs it has no idea what a Customer is. I do not care if their food is good, waiting to get sevice is not worth it. I would not tolerate this if I ran it.

We were staying in the attached hotel AmericInn. Walked to the restaurant through an unmarked path turning here, there, around furniture stored in hallways of the hallways. Finally stumbled on the entrance to the bowling alley. Found our way into the bar and sat ourselves in a booth. Waited for a long time with a bartender not bothering to look our way and 2 male waiters more intetested in the sports on the TVs or women seated at the bar. Finally flagged down a waiter who reprimanded us from not entering through the correct doorway to be seated. I ordered a beer and received a different brand but didnt dare send it back as not sure when I might receive a replacement.. Food was good. Server was slow and inattentive.

We'd never been here before but it's really easy to get to and has lots of parking. This is a really casual place with a dining room, bar, arcade, bowling alley, and catering event space. We both got the walleye and it was delicious! It wasn't very crowded and food was delivered fast! Get the appetizer sampler; the nachos were incredible!! There were lots of kids running around but they looked like they were having a great time. We'll be back next time we're in the area!!
