Possibly the worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Been here twice and the staff is incompetent. Took 20 minutes to make my sandwich and they got my order wrong. Please avoid this place

One of the worst location. The employee is really so unfriendly, doesn't even want talk or work there even when we were nice to him but he is so rude and unfriendly. Even when an couple came, they waited a while. They asked us if anyone was working, we told them the employee is in the back and doesn't want to work. There's camera and we know he saw us customers but ignored us. They need to retrain their workers. Such bad experience. Not coming back and deal with these kind of lazy rude people. They demand $15/hr but don't want to even do their job. When we left, the employee decided to come out of hiding, the audacity smh.

Ordered a foot long meal and a kids meal online. When I picked it up, employee was chatting on a personal phone call loudly. Didn't even hang up to help me. I had to remind him of my drink. get back home and my chips were not in the bag, my foot long was not cut like I asked to be and my sons sandwich looked like a dog got to it. WILL NEVER go to this location again. Get some employees that can read!

The poor guy was working alone and initially I wanted to give 5 stars just for that but after waiting as long as I had, the fact he spoke all of 3 words and seemed frustrated customers were coming in, didn’t listen to my request to modify my sandwich and spread pickle JUICE (not a small amount, the entire sandwich bag smells like a pickle jar) across my sandwich and I still tipped I’m honestly a bit upset. $13 almost $14 in the trash because of it sopping in pickle juice..

Did the drive thru. Paid for the meal. Then was told they only had white or wheat bread. Then the worker proceeds to put extra toppings on the sandwich.. not even close to what I ordered. Cookies were stale. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Sadly recent comments are true. This location pretty ghetto. I was sole customer, only 1 type of bread avail (7.30pm) that was old n flaky, 2-3 veggie toppings missing/bin removed, n friend of employees in dining area loudly on phone talking F this/that. 2 stars cuz dude making sandwich was friendly n completed order quickly.
