Worst subway of all time, 0 effort into making the sandwiches.

O zero stars if I could. Order Philly cheese steak. There was no lettuce. Salt oil mayo black pepper. They even came to the window if I needed cheese. I said yes. This place socks. Ordered 12.17.2025 630pm

Had a disappointing visit today. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and it was wrong in multiple ways. The sub was cold but toasted even though I never asked for it to be toasted, and it was dry, burnt, and overly crumbly. It also had red onions on it that I did not request. The cheesecake cookies were extremely hard and stale, and the 20oz bottled Mountain Dew was flat and close to its expiration date. Everything I received tasted old, like it had been sitting out for quite a while. The food quality was unacceptable and definitely not the standard I expect from Subway.

The gloves in this subway is to keep their hands clean not to keep the food from contamination. If you are allergic or have a specific diet try another subway. Bonus point look at my 6inch

Don’t count on this location having anything prepared. Every single time I have come in, they only have 1-2 kinds of bread ready, and ingredients are missing so you are very limited on what you can actually order from the menu. Management needs to figure it out because it’s a consistent issue. Some workers are friendly, others are very cold. It stinks to spend $16 on a foot long when I can’t even get what I want because they don’t have all their ingredients prepared.

Came in at 1:30 pm today Nov 5th. Store was not busy at all. No one ordering sandwiches and no online orders being made. The two ladies behind the counter couldn't be bothered to put their conversation on hold to even greet me let alone make a sandwich. I walked out.

The girl working was alone and overwhelmed with all the orders she had to make at dinner time. Which I don't blame her, I blame management for not having enough workers on hand during main meal times. Weather it is because of cutting costs or lack of employees. In any case she was doing the best she could being only one person. I did drive up and had to wait a long time, but she did come to the window and warned me of the wait. I was very patient as I've been in her position (working by myself). When she was able to help me she apologized repeatedly for the wait, and didn't charge me for my food. We had a short chat about that, and because she was so sweet and a great worker I gave her a $5.00 tip. I told her she was doing great and to just breathe, she was so overwhelmed with the work and my giving her a tip and not grief for the wait, she started to tear up. I know this review is long but that young girl deserves a raise for hanging in there and working so hard and being pleasant through out her stress. Note to Subway bosses , it isn't safe to have your workers by themselves, for robbery reasons as well as safety. Consider at least having 2 people on duty during big rush times if nothing else.

Neither worker greeted us upon entering. We ordered and they just talked to each other the whole time and as soon as we paid they went to the back to keep chatting. It was fine but just felt uncomfortable. Food is meh for the price these days.

Very slow service and they're not prepare for anything. They're very unorganized. I was inside the store, and I'm seeing them struggling and juggling online orders and dine-in orders.
Possibly the worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Been here twice and the staff is incompetent. Took 20 minutes to make my sandwich and they got my order wrong. Please avoid this place
