Sadly recent comments are true. This location pretty ghetto. I was sole customer, only 1 type of bread avail (7.30pm) that was old n flaky, 2-3 veggie toppings missing/bin removed, n friend of employees in dining area loudly on phone talking F this/that. 2 stars cuz dude making sandwich was friendly n completed order quickly.

This location should not have a drive through if it takes 25 minutes to get a mediocre sandwich. Not the first time this has happened but for me it is the last.

I’ve never felt inclined to leave a review but this place is the worst service ive ever experienced. Consistently waiting 30 plus minutes for a messed up sandwich. Place should be shut down it’s happened to me so many times.

This subway may want to consider retraining staff… the guy taking my order did not communicate with us well. Also out of all bread besides flatbread, it was close to closing but still not the best. Would have been fine but we asked for a little mustard and he put A LOT on. He looked at it and I could tell that he knew it wasn’t right but he didn’t say a word. After, we asked him to add a little salt and pepper, which he was also put waaayyyyy too much on. So clearly the mustard was not a one-time accident. I was baffled and it was not a good sandwich in the end. Overall, the employee did not listen to what we asked for on the sandwich and made zero effort to correct his mistakes. Very sad sandwich.

Management…. please train your employees to the standards I’ve experiences at other Subways. Would’ve been super easy to correct these mistakes.

This Subway is a disaster. I'd give zero stars if I could. I hate writing bad reviews, but this experience left me no choice. I've worked in food service and customer service, so I understand the challenges. However, making customers wait 35 minutes for an online order is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered two subs, a salad, two bags of chips, and a bottle of water. What did I get? Two subs and ONE bag of chips. No salad, no second bag of chips, no water. When I pointed this out, I was told it wasn’t on their receipt, even though it was clearly on my receipt. Between the time issue and then not getting our entire order, I cannot recommend this Subway. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I have frequented this location for the last year several times a week. It seems the past month or so they open late regularly. It seems the woman who's in charge could care less about the stores reputation or whether they keep their loyal customers. Sadly, Subways lost it's good service that it had 10 plus years ago.

Went through the drive thru yesterday (there was nobody in front of me or behind me) and i waited for 15 mins at the window after ordering and nobody came so i left.. really disappointing considering there was nobody there?? My takeaway if you go to this location just go inside and order.

We walked into the establishment and the first thing we both noticed was the smell of mold in the air. I leaned my hand onto a short wall and it was incredibly sticky, when I made a face and quiet comment about the stickiness, I was shot a nasty glare by the front counter staff from the back of the line. When we got to making our order, my parter repeated herself twice wanting a “cold cut” the crew member grabbed the bread, cut the bread poorly and promptly asked “what do you want” after cutting the bread. When she repeated “a cold cut” he said “we don’t have that” rolling his eyes and sent us on our way empty handed. 7:45pm December 26th

i went to subway on 12/4/2024 and placed my order at 7:50pm through the drive thru. machine told me to that my order number was 79 and to pull up. i pull up to the drive thru window and proceeded to wait until 8:10pm thinking maybe they are short staffed and just helping people inside. an employee came to up to the window and then proceeds to just lock the window as i was CLEARLY still waiting. i just left. such a disappointment. i waited 15 minutes for no sort of service at all. when i pulled around again, there was no one inside subway. the employee clearly just ignored me. plain rude.
