Every time I come to this location their vegetables look old Especially their lettuce which alright not such a big deal but today I walk in this gentleman took my order he looks new so I get it a new job and he’s learning how to do thing we’ve all been there that’s wasn’t the problem the problem was that someone should be there teaching him how to properly make the sandwich or correct him at the least the lady that was there wasn’t even paying attention and just told him he needs to learn when it came time to wrap my sandwich he couldn’t even cut it or wrap it properly while he’s trying his best to do so I’m just standing there watching how the sandwich Condiments get all over the wrap and how it rips I’m not a Confrontational type but I was viably upset bc first he messed the order up the sandwich was a little burnt and to top it off while it’s getting wrapped it’s getting everywhere and she just told him to go help the other costumers that she’s got it and wrapped it with the same wrapper I also work in fast food services and that’s just Unacceptable

Online says this location is open until 10pm. Got here at 9:20 pm and the drive through is closed. Open sign is off. Subway, this is the second location that hasn't really been open the hours stated online in the past 30 minutes tonight. I'm going to McDonalds. I know they're open when they say they are and I will be able to get something to eat guaranteed.

Subway in mounds view, mn is illegally charging a FAKE tax they call esst tax! It does NOT exist!! Do not pay it!! Always check your receipt!! Demand your money back! State of Minnesota is investigating this store.

Did the drive up order and they make you pay before and if you don't tip them for doing there job they just make you food half hearted looked more like a salad then a sandwich

No accountability or urgency unless you are in the store. Ordered online over an hour ago and had to come to the store before they even attempted to make the order. In addition, they had no manager on premises and were out of some of the items on my order. This location needs to shape up or be shut down. Will NEVER return.
