Incredible drinks and food- I'm still thinking about the South Side cocktail with strawberry puree every single day. And the cheese pizza is heavenly! Wonderful atmosphere and the owner and staff were great! Would highly recommend to anyone and easily worth the trip from the Twin Cities!
We had a great experience at the Botanist. It is located in a historical building. They have a great selection of cocktails with descriptions to choose from. There are N/A options, including ice cream shakes that the kids enjoyed.
They periodically have themed menus also. The night we were there, it was a Harry Potter themed menu.
This is a unique place in a small town, so don't be sticker shocked $$.

My husband and I had heard of The Botanist from some people traveling from the cities who happened to stop at the brewery in our town, so we went to celebrate our anniversary. If we could've stayed there all day, we would have. The atmosphere was spectacular - it's a restored bank building that looks like a high-end cocktail bar you'd expect to see in a large city. Adam (the owner/bartender) was so personable and made incredible drinks - he told us not to bother...
