First time going to Cowboy Jacks, visited the Shoreview location. Was just after they opened on a Sunday so was fairly empty. I ordered they new Burnt Ends sandwich, the bun was dry and old, the burnt ends seemed dry as well, no real bbq sauce on them. The flavor was OK but again everything was pretty dry, so I asked for a small bit of bbq sauce, to my surprise they charged me for bbq sauce. The fries were plentiful and very good. My buddy got one of their burgers, his bun was also old and dry and even crumbling. The waitress was nice attentive. I am not sure if I'll be back, not that it cost allot but the charge foe a tiny bit of bbq sauce kinda irked me.

Cowboy jacks fluxes between a 2 and a 5. Here's why.... Most the time I go there the food is good but the last few times I've been the flatbread pizzas tasted like crap they weren't cooked fully, nor were the toppings....

We stopped to have dinner before the Pink concert. The food and service were good. We had an enjoyable relaxed meal. I would recommend this place for a good meal at reasonable prices.

Worst customer service I've ever seen; we felt ignored even after we were seated. Got the sliders and ended up getting very sick... Went again, hoping for the best... Nope.
I ate the smoked brisket sandwich and I have been up all night getting really sick. I didn’t eat anything different other then this and I ate around 6 pm and was up at 1:30 am throwing up and coming out both ends. I’m not sure if correct food safety procedures are being implemented but this is the only thing it could be to make me this sick. I was feeling fine all day, went out to dinner with my family and woke up in the middle of the night. It has not been pleasant

Used to be a fun place. Haven't been there in awhile, went there the other night about 7. Ordered my all time favorite tenderloin tips. They were good but cold, they cut back on size of steak but tons more onion strings. Also ordered the special mixed fajitas and they were absolutely terrible exp for $20. It was bland with barely any meat and TONS of toppings. It was disappointing. Now I know why I haven't been back.
