We ordered food and did not get our complete order. They said it's not their problem. This place is customer service is less than to be desired. My experience was poor and it was directly from the owner of the establishment. He should be ashamed. I will never eat here or order from here again and I will continue to advise people not to go visit this place.

I have been here dozens of times. Great location just off of 694/Silver Lake Road. Good place for cocktails, meeting up with friends or business lunch. A large menu with a variety of options. It can be a bit loud. During the summer the outdoor seating is great.

Have been very disappointed every time I've been there!! Was taken for lunch or dinner there several timesI've ordered several different things n each time very disappointed! Mushroom n Swiss, VERY DRY no kind of sauce, bun seemed old very dry! Whole burger not much flavor, was server with lettuce tomatoes onions n pickles! Never had it made with that! Chicken wings very dry, firecracker teriyaki shrimp not very nice very salty worst teriyaki I've ever had! Everything tasted like it was rewarmed! Dessert carrot cake tasted like a box! Chicken Wild rice soup was flavorful ate half n found a chunk of cardboard or something in it! But frenchfries were delicious! VERY DISAPPOINTED N WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Leftovers going in trash!!!

Great place for some food and drinks. We came for some Buck Hunter as well. Casual atmosphere with a cowboy/old western feel. Service was great and overall verily good all around restaurant.
Love the food. The wild rice soup I order on a regular basis, and the new special Buffalo Mac N Cheese was amazing. The bartenders are friendly to all and tend to the regulars with amazing customer service. Don't be a creep or a weirdo, and Cowboy Jacks New Brighton will take really good care of. Tell Amanda, Carley, Sailor, or any other others that Mike sent you, and they might recommend the Wild Rice.
