Dairy Queen (Treat)

This place is absolutely disgusting. Tried to go tonight to find the drive thru closed. Went inside and there were no employees to be found. There was food all over the counters and prep areas. Toppings we all over the walls. Do not eat at this place. It should be shut down by the health department.

How do you mess up a order. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and they delivered a cotton candy blizzard. I called 3 times and they didnt answer. Bro just give me my cookie dough 😔

Took the great grandson on free cone day he’s so animated. They gave him a empty cup with a spoon and he said “Granny they forgot my ice cream” we got it and he thoroughly enjoyed it 🍦

horrendous service, had mobile order for a cake that they did not have. They knew they didn't have it & still didn't call to let me know 👎🏽👎🏽. Once i did arrive, the front was deserted. A couple minutes went by and an employee came from outside to get someone from the back, just so that they could then get the manager and the manager could then let me know that they don't have the cake, told me i could probably get a refund online and offered no other alternative or apology.

I have been going here for several years. Have always found friendly staff, chatty when not busy, clean booths to sit and read over lunch, fast service.

This dairy queen gives soft serve a whole new meaning.. of being half melted or completely melted when giving it to us. This is on top of the jerk employee, and this is not the first time this location has done bad service. The one over by quiktrip off 65 is much better, and the employees are respectful and kind.

After calling the store to confirm they make custom cakes and being told yes and to order online, I went ahead and placed the order on September 11th. I received the email confirmation that same day. On September 27th I go to pick up the cake and am told they have my order receipt but that the manager never made the cake. They mention they can make the cake the next day but I tell them the birthday is that same night. The manager doesn’t even get on the phone to apologize or offer some support. The workers were helpful and apologetic, however I was disappointed in the lack of support and communication from the manager.

Apparently, for the past year or so, they "don't serve chocolate ice cream" at this location. Odd. All of the other ones do! Don't go here if you want a chocolate twist!

Parking: Small lot, so it can be hard to find a spot if it's very busy (rare at this location). If the lot is full you'd need to cross Mississippi which can be annoying.

It Dairy Queen what's no to like. The moody cashier was off taken and rambunctious family that were there made the atmosphere intolerable. But the place was clean and cold like always.
