Had a mix up with our delivery on Sunday (12/15/24). Dylan and Jason were able to correct the errors and get us a replacement order to feed my visiting family. They went above and beyond ensuring the replacement pizza was here within 15 minutes of our phone call. Thank you Dylan and Jason! 5/5. We’ve ordered from here many times when in a pinch and the pizza and wings are always great quality. Happy to know the customer service follows in suit.
The prices seem to keep going up. There is no such things as an pizza dinner for under 20$ when they deliver. Domino’s Pizza could do better regarding competitive pricing. Before inflation everything came to about 16 $17. For now over 20$ ridiculous. Domino’s Pizza just gonna be one of those things I get as an treat once in a blue moon every now and then.
This Dominos is a hidden jewel in languishing garden of the fast food industry. In our area, employee dependability has become an issue in this staggering and devastating time of the Covid pandemic. Restaurants are either short-staffed, or outright closed. Our Dominos in New Brighton provides us with fabulous food every Friday with super fast, friendly service. Dominos has really upped their game on the quality of their food. We're never disappointed.
