Beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had at not only a Jimmy John’s, but any fast food restaurant. The three people that were working were beyond rude, very unwilling to help and could not have cared less if I was there or not. The food was subpar, and if you have any chance of avoiding this place, please do in the future.

Idk his name but the light skin dude with a mustache is mad rude. I get the picklewhich isn't available for everyone until 10/27 but if jimmy John's is letting rewards members access it that's not my problem? Dude had a major attitude problem and was rude to his coworker asking how to make it. Shout-out to the kid with locs for being nice.
To add: yikes...definitely should've looked at the reviews before I went cuz that's a lot of 1 stars about the service.

Showed around 1. Store was out of white bread, which wasn’t great but tolerable being after the lunch rush. More problematic was they were also out of ice and napkins. Not a single table was usable ( all were sticky and covered with garbage). Absolute chaos with calling out sandwhiches. Several people ended up with wrong order.

First time and It will be my last time stopping by at this location. Despite the fact that the cashier had 1 AirPod in instead of both, he still managed to mess up my order, if your going to work in a restaurant…. It’s common sense to put 100% of your attention to the customer. Which wasn’t the case at all, my dad had to repeat himself multiple times.
Unless you want your order wrong and talk to a brick wall who’s your cashier, I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

I arrived at 8:40 pm on 04/21/2025. Door was unlocked. As soon as I walked in, I was told they are done for the day. The is the second Jimmy John’s location now (Roseville on Lincoln Dr was the other) that has refused me service or locked their doors prior to the actual posted closing time. While sitting in the parking lot, three people left, and the lights off and doors locked by 8:50 pm. No wonder you guys are struggling and have to toast subs now.

Literally puked from whatever was put on my sandwich #9. Second sandwich was the world's hardest bread, nobody wants to break a tooth trying to bite into a sandwhich, who determines that it's ok to send out a brick for someone to bite into? Great staff but better training needed.

Got there at 8:50 to buy a cookie, lights turned off as we got there, knocked on door since hours said open til 9. Employee inside was like We’re closed.” Ummmmm, open until 9? And, please do not say “We are sorry for your experience, because it is a broken record” on your reviews , just close for good already or get rid of bad staff!

I had used my birthday freebie and got a free veggie sandwhich in the app. On the receipt it also says veggie #6.
My sandwhich came with meat…and I am upset because this was my freebie sandwhich. I am vegetarian, so unfortunately I was unable to eat it. I’m glad my brother could but…I didn’t get to enjoy it.

I placed a curbside pick up because I had my baby with me and it was easier for me. I clicked the I’m here button and waited for 10 minutes. I finally decided to go inside and the workers were very rude about it when I asked if they had my order ready. It just defeats the whole purpose of curbside. They had enough workers and no other customers inside to where one of them could have 100% ran my order out. Take off curbside option if your workers aren’t gonna take out orders.

There’s no point in ordering for pickup when the lazy workers won’t even have your order ready by the time you come in.
