Got there at 8:50 to buy a cookie, lights turned off as we got there, knocked on door since hours said open til 9. Employee inside was like We’re closed.” Ummmmm, open until 9? And, please do not say “We are sorry for your experience, because it is a broken record” on your reviews , just close for good already or get rid of bad staff!

I had used my birthday freebie and got a free veggie sandwhich in the app. On the receipt it also says veggie #6.
My sandwhich came with meat…and I am upset because this was my freebie sandwhich. I am vegetarian, so unfortunately I was unable to eat it. I’m glad my brother could but…I didn’t get to enjoy it.

I placed a curbside pick up because I had my baby with me and it was easier for me. I clicked the I’m here button and waited for 10 minutes. I finally decided to go inside and the workers were very rude about it when I asked if they had my order ready. It just defeats the whole purpose of curbside. They had enough workers and no other customers inside to where one of them could have 100% ran my order out. Take off curbside option if your workers aren’t gonna take out orders.

There’s no point in ordering for pickup when the lazy workers won’t even have your order ready by the time you come in.

**BEWARE!** Unlike other chains when you select Curbside Pickup where they bring the food to you in your vehicle at this chain it really means that YOU need to go in to the location and pick up your order off of a shelf. It would be nice to know this in the first place. I think they call this "pick up". The instructions in their email indicate things like 'parking nearest to the door and putting on your hazard' along with tapping the 'im here' button is code for something else because clearly these are not the instructions you need to follow.

Food arrived at 3:22 pm - 1 hr 20 minutes after ordering.

BOOKER was absolutely horrible. He acted like he didn’t know he worked in a fast food restaurant. Rude and unprofessional. I said no mayo , he still added mayo “ I politely said hey remember no mayo please” dude looked me in my face and said you didn’t say that. Mind you I’m allergic to mayo and I have no choice but to say it. Made the sandwich like I was bothering him AT WORK ! Other guy close by the door didn’t greet or say anything as to who would be helping me. You shouldn’t work in fast food if you’re going to be rude and have an attitude. I did NOT tell you to pick this profession you chose it…. I got to jimmy John’s at least 3x a week and have never had these issues. But I won’t ever be back to the New Brighton location. Management should think about changing staff around. Nothing but 1 stars at this location.

Stopped in on Tuesday this week to get my favorite Jimmy’s original totally tuna. I always add bacon and peppers for a little twist. But, to my disappointment when ordering I was told they were out of tuna and would have to make more, can you pick something else? I said sure, stepped back and after a Quick Look at the menu decided to leave.
I’ll be back at some point to get that totally tuna Sami .

I will never order from you guys. A female delivery drivers in a silver Toyota nearly drove me off the road for going 25 in a 25 Right by your establishment. And I will be telling my business partners Friends and family. Not cool
Funny how the employees have no trouble finding the Bacon upcharge button on the register to charge me for it but proceed to utterly fail to put it on the sandwich. There were only 2 sandwiches on the order and we were the only 2 customers in the entire joint. They had one job… good grief.

Go to any other location. Rude staff, unprofessional. Asked for a side and was charged $1.78 for a small container of avocado. Went in to eat with my daughter and when the container was less than half full, I went to ask them to fill them. Was told it’s the same amount the put on a sandwich ($0.99 charge), and I could buy more. I walked away, but the staff continued to make comments about me and laughed with the
manager. When I told them I could hear them (and my daughter could, too), I was told by the manager that the staff had a right to talk. There were 6 employees there and even when we left, I feel like the employee was being rude. Jumping up, laughing, dancing to open the door and yelling out after us to have a great day. I didn’t notice that special treatment to anyone else. We can all say what we want, but when the sign on the door asks customers to “respect” the staff that shows up, because the world is “understaffed”, should they not train their own staff to be respectful?
Go somewhere else, that’s my recommendation…

Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich was not good at all. Too much black balsamic vinegar! Had some tough/chewy marinated tomatoes on it as well, fresh tomatoes would be so much better. Music is too loud in store. Bread & salami were delicious as usual (only good things).

They closed early. It should definitely say close at eight not nine drove across the city to get to this one drove out of my way and we're still 30 minutes before closing..
