I asked my roommate to pick up my mobile order on his way home j asked him to ask them to make my order fresh please! We live 1 mile away... the fries had different temperatures as if they shuffled old fries with newer fries though none tasted fresh and my sandwiches were also cold. I thought when you asked for fresh they cooked everything fresh.

The Mcdonalds here in New Brighton is awesome! Food is always fast and always fresh! The staff is polite, kind and a joy to be around. I recommend this McDonald's for a meal on a budget!

Pulled up to the drive through was asked to wait. I waited another car pulled up at the other lane and they took their order. I was for gotten about. Would not recommend this location. There is no care there at all. Have had other bad experience at this location. Very poor management.
Bad Service a guy (I think he was the Manger) gave us attitude, keep in mind we are very calm, he just keeped rolling his eyes and talking to us like if we were dumb, by that we left

Got a 40 peaces chicken nuggets, and a burger. Was greeted when frist entered the building, helped at the electronic menus, and it took about 10 mins to get it all but it was all fresh.
