Ordered my food from this restaurant using doordash. Absolutely none of it was what i ordered and the location couldn't even bother themselves to pick up the phone, much less rectify the issue. I'm unable to give 0 stars, but--- assure you---I tried.

WHO EVER WAS WORKING 1-26-2025 @ 1:00pm-1:30pm needs lots of assistance and help. They do not know how to make a sandwich. My sandwich showed up, Very cold and soggy, almost like wet dog food. My sandwich was uncut in the middle, and put together very very poorly. Took over a half an hour to be delivered and they said it was picked up prior to being picked up. $3 refund is unacceptable when I spend $22 on a 12 inch sandwich that is completely ruined from the jump.

Tried ordering 4 different sandwiches since they didn't have the main ingredients for the one I wanted. They weren't able to make any of the 4 as they didn't have the ingredients. I have been here a few times b4 and they weren't open during posted hrs either. Lastly, it would be reasonable for the workers with long, dangling hair to perhaps wear a hair net. Pretty disappointing for a franchise. They did recently remodel, so I generously gave them 3 stars for Atmosphere. Nothing is perfect, but this is a poorly run business, at best. Poor enough that I cannot even fill out the questions requested in the review such as how much I spent, what I bought and what dishes I would recommend...... Went to Jersey Mikes and they were happy to have my business.

Despite it being 2:00 on a Saturday and the business clearly saying it is open, the doors were locked and it was closed with no explanation or sign on the door. Annoying!

I Bought a Footlong Tuna Sub At This Location Today 12/18/24. My Stomach have been messed up Since. I was in the Store 11:45a the cashier with Blond And Pink wig never gave me a receipt. But if I’m not feeling any better I’m going to the hospital because I think it’s food poisoning.. I’ve had food poisoning before in 2002 from KFC.

I’m sorry, but this Subway is not the one. Was told it was closed but should be open another hour. But because I placed an online order and could see my food, I could grab it.

Food came out looking like the photo. Not toasted, no cheese, not cut, and just a general mess.

Asked for teriyaki sauce into a small cup but they’re all out but did add it to my sub. They added oil to my sub instead of teriyaki sauce.

From my brief interaction with the two workers left, I wasn’t going to complain at the moment because both had the same demeanor towards me and as I left they both yelled no refunds. Odd thing to say as a customer is leaving. Should’ve went to McDonald’s across the street.

Terribly understaffed. I went in just a bit ago and the person at the store said “I’m on break right now so we are closed.” It’s 4p in the afternoon. Super disappointed in the location. This isn’t the first time they have only one person at the counter.

Everything was going fine then one of the girls comes from behind the counter and say “omg it stinks” which instantly turned me off. For one, you’re working in food service I’ve worked in it it’s not something you ever say in front of customers because they either think you’re talking about them or you’re talking about the food. Clearly they were talking about me because I turned around to grab napkins and heard them sneering and laughing at me. Never felt more humiliated in my life. Being pregnant and with a disease that doesn’t allow me to eat much Subway has been my one safe food. Dont come here if you’re having a good day instantly will make you feel bad about yourself.

Kinda mid, food is ok. Understaffed and took ten minutes for a sub. The food was good, although seats a little tight for four. Bathrooms are really cold as well.
