She have no respect.
Its an hour before close and she just has the door locked.
Even just put a sign up or something if youre that short staffed.

In the website it says it closes at 10:00pm but they closed at 9:00pm that is a whole hour early. It also says 10pm on their sign that’s on the front door. What a scam
4:27pm Lights and ceiling fans are on but doors are locked. Multiple people came and went which means lost sales, unfortunately.
When you can get a sandwich it's never correct. But don't try to order at 8pm. Employee sat inside on the phone with the door locked and canceled our online order while we were parked outside

Y’all might as well close shop. The employees don’t care. Never open in time and the breads not right. 35 minutes after open and doors locked with employees sitting in there
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway! The place was filthy, chairs were on the tables like they were closed, employee was complaining that it isn't her job to do set up. Sandwich was AWFUL. Bread was so dried out it fell apart in my hands while I was trying to eat it. No ham, No MAYO??? We were going to dine in, but we just wanted to get out of there.
This used to be a decent Subway, but I'm not going back.
The worker needs to get a different job.

Ordered my food from this restaurant using doordash. Absolutely none of it was what i ordered and the location couldn't even bother themselves to pick up the phone, much less rectify the issue. I'm unable to give 0 stars, but--- assure you---I tried.

WHO EVER WAS WORKING 1-26-2025 @ 1:00pm-1:30pm needs lots of assistance and help. They do not know how to make a sandwich. My sandwich showed up, Very cold and soggy, almost like wet dog food. My sandwich was uncut in the middle, and put together very very poorly. Took over a half an hour to be delivered and they said it was picked up prior to being picked up. $3 refund is unacceptable when I spend $22 on a 12 inch sandwich that is completely ruined from the jump.

Tried ordering 4 different sandwiches since they didn't have the main ingredients for the one I wanted. They weren't able to make any of the 4 as they didn't have the ingredients. I have been here a few times b4 and they weren't open during posted hrs either. Lastly, it would be reasonable for the workers with long, dangling hair to perhaps wear a hair net. Pretty disappointing for a franchise. They did recently remodel, so I generously gave them 3 stars for Atmosphere. Nothing is perfect, but this is a poorly run business, at best. Poor enough that I cannot even fill out the questions requested in the review such as how much I spent, what I bought and what dishes I would recommend...... Went to Jersey Mikes and they were happy to have my business.
