Had an issue either with a manager or a regional manager 7 years ago. I was walking around the building and the manager in a very bizarre request asked me to not walk about near the building anymore. He was going to call the police. I was in a hurry to get to my appointment so I ignored it.

I usually love Caribou coffee, but the drip I received here was the worst. It was super watered down to the point of being see through. Um, dark roast coffee should taste more like coffee than hot water. Even though it's close to my house, I will stay away from this location in the future.

I was quietly reading when some employee decided to turn on the music and turn it up loud. Concentration now lost I left after 15 minutes of reading. Why do we even need music? Does any customer actually listen to it. I won’t be returning there.

All of these employees are amazing! They are friendly, attentive and get to know your order like a Cheers vibe. Having Ron as the manager is an excellent choice too! ? Everyone is down to earth.
