Horrible the last time I ordered !!! Ordered food and there was hair in my sandwich , they sent one back out and I was not contacted ! It was suppose to be a traditional delivery and one of the managers said they wanted to ban delivery from my house but they will give me a $6 credit !?!? Well no thanks sorry, why would I want to come back and you don’t want to deliver to my house again because there was hair in my food or because your underpaid driver had to bring another one? Very rude ! It’s really sad when black ppl are so rude with horrible customer service ! Ronnie and David y’all are the worst ! And I would like my money back for the hairy and cold sandwich ! It’s only $6 ! Geesh! I spent $30 in all ! I don’t want store credit thank you, just my money back. Signed, a very angry loyal customer.

My food was put into a bag and put into the back of a car, where it rode around mingling with a soda in the same bag, collectively getting sweaty and luke warm.Food arrivated 35 minutes after it was put into the car, after being driven through 2-3 other local zip codes, before PASSING THE STORE AGAIN and then delivering my food. Cold.Why not just wait, and deliver it on the next run? What a waste of money. If I wanted food I had to heat to eat, I woulda gone to papa murphys.

Hello BEWARE OF THIS DOMINO'S This is the 2nd order I have placed within the last 2 weeks. All I really wanted was a very simple 8 piece order of BONELESS Buffalo Chicken Wings. Easy Right NOT HERE. The first time I called to complain they credited Me $10. Not too bad I could live with it. So I thought I would try again today 12-17-23. Once again order was wrong. They sent the same bone in wings with some nasty sweet hot sauce. So I called - the ignorant man that answered said I ordered bone in, I said No I ordered BONELESS Buffalo Wings. He went round & round about how I ordered bone in. I said NO a idiot wrote down bone in. I ordered boneless. He offered Me $5 credit. That's less - not even the price of wrong Slop they sent Me. So I asked to speak to a Competentant Manager. He stated He was a Manager By name of Anthony. First of all Managers don't argue repeatedly over & over about what you ordered. They say sorry Mam I will credit you a refund for our Mistake. Is this how Domino's Trains Managers to Handle their Mistakes. If He had any kinda Customer Service experience He could see that 2 Weeks ago I ordered the same BONELESS Buffalo Wings. Definetly will be finding new pizza & wing joint since they have no comprehension of BONELESS Wings.

Was there a couple weeks ago for a online ordered pick up. Was greeted right away, a driver took my payment and I wanted to add something. Very smooth transaction. Food was ready and hot in no time. Everything was also cooked to how I like it. The ladies there that night were very kind. I'm happy! Thank you! ?

This place used to be great. We started ordering take out so we wouldn’t use the Crystal Dominos (because that might be the worst one I’ve ever been to.) lately the quality has noticeably declined significantly. The pizza I ordered was not the pizza I received.

Can't order a pizza an hour before they close, they will cancel the order. If you call, they are extremely blunt and do not have great manners. Just overall not a satisfying experience.
