The food is First Rate. If you like Chicago style pizza, pick it up here. Best I've had in the Twin Cities.
But the atmosphere is not the draw.
The staff was great, but the setting is ... well, the spare room at a bowling alley.

The pizza is excellent - we love their thin crust pizza! We are always amazed though that there is NEVER anyone else in the dining room when we eat in. They do a lot of business that’s carried into the bowling alley but their dining room is empty. I can see why - it is a very uninviting room - for one thing it is always FREEZING in there - we kept our coats on the entire time we ate. It’s also very uncomfortable chairs. Make the dining room more inviting and I would guess you’d get a lot more business.

Very cafeteria quality pizza. The crust is bland and dry. The cheese is rubbery. And to cover it all up they pour garlic powder over the top.

Doesn’t hold a candle to other alternatives in the area, like Sarpinos, Frankies, Broadway, or Pizza Man. All of those are far superior to this elementary school food.

The Crust is the worst I’ve ever had. Ruins an otherwise pretty good pizza. Pricey

The pizza was decent but not amazing. The service was fairly non-existent and the restaurant was empty. Its an old dumpy restaurant attached to the bowling alley. Maybe take out but never dine in again

I just tried the New Hope location because I loved the Eagan one when I once lived in that area. I visited this New Hope location for the first time tonight on 10/9 at 7:50pm. I called in the order because I didn't see and order online option here. I ordered one order of Italian fries with cheese and added on pepperoni to them and also a thin 14 inch large pizza with salami. I also asked for an extra marinara sauce add on with the italian fries with cheese. I got home and there was no pepperoni on the Italian cheese fries or extra marinara sauce I asked for and didn't mind them charging extra for but I seemed to be charged for it even though I didn't receive this product as the total was 29. something and the total was 34 after tip since I did not do delivery and went to go get it myself. Maybe this could be resolved if there was on online ordering system added possibly? I did hear the employee repeat back my order correctly on the phone but apparently they didn't write it down after I called because 2 things were missing and not what I ordered. The food was very good I will say though. Also hard to find in the dark if you've never been here before it is inside the bowling alley and not a very lit up sign to direct people to this shop.

Friendly staff serving with a smile. Great vibe with the bowling alley attached. Though the restaurant is very outdated, it's expected at an old bowling alley.I got a medium deep dish pizza. VERY filling, though it seemed less a deep dish and more Detroit style. The crust was the downfall as it was not as soft and airy as I'd like. Great cheese and I had no issues with toppings. The sauce is on the sweeter side, but savory as well.Although the pizza maybe wasn't award-winning (and a bit pricey), I was fat and happy at the end of the day. I wouldn't go out of my way for this pizza, but I would definitely be excited to order from here if I ever decide to knock down some pins.

The food is great, with the pizza being my favorite in the area. The staff are friendly and if you choose to eat in, the seating area is comfortable and inviting. FYI, the special six is my favorite.

Hours are deceiving, listed as open until 11 pm, walk in at 8:55 to get told they have late night menu, which is fine, then refused to seat us saying they are closing the dining room. So y’all went from late night to nothing within a minute. Go elsewhere
