Took 45 minutes from time I placed order online (and still no sandwiches) and workers seemed confused on how to proceed with the amount of orders they had. No one seemed to be in charge. Will probably be sometime before we go back to Jimmy John’s.

The experience I had this past weekend was absolute trash. I ordered four sandwiches and they were wrong and sloppy. I said no bacon on one of them and came out with bacon. The staff was very inefficient and frankly just slow mentally.. one of the sandwhiches had so much mayo in it was dripping out. The un which we ordered had nothing but lettuce.. lettuce inside lettuce.. very very few toppings. This was the worst JJs if ever been too. I want my 45 bucks back.

Ended up getting the wrong order delivered. I then called and they immediately rectified my order close to there closing time and the driver gave me a free brownie. Excellent customer service and good food.

Your GM, Brandon is an absolute clown with no customer service skills. He hung up on me when I called to address a delivered sandwich that had no meat inside it, and was literally anything but helpful and was standoffish with zero apologies. Do better. Literally opted for the refund because his attitude was so bad it felt like I was gonna get a spit sandwich if I made them bring me what I paid for.

Just went through the drive through for dinner and I was extremely hungry. There was somebody at the speaker right away and I got my food within 2 minutes. Everybody seemed to be in great spirits too I even saw a worker inside dancing which was awesome. Sandwhich is delicious. This seriously turned my night around so thanks to everybody who works here!

I was over charged for an order and was told there would be a credit in my name and to come in in person ask for a manager and the manager would know exactly where to find the credit.
I eventually did come into the store in person and was told by the manager emma that there was no credit and I informed her I walked to jimmy johns on my lunch break just for her to tell me I need to calm down and to get out of her store after I only simply tried to explain what was told to me by the manager at the time.
I wasted my whole lunch break and did not end up getting any food because she was so rude I don’t think I will ever return to the store
