Just went through the drive through for dinner and I was extremely hungry. There was somebody at the speaker right away and I got my food within 2 minutes. Everybody seemed to be in great spirits too I even saw a worker inside dancing which was awesome. Sandwhich is delicious. This seriously turned my night around so thanks to everybody who works here!

I was over charged for an order and was told there would be a credit in my name and to come in in person ask for a manager and the manager would know exactly where to find the credit.

I eventually did come into the store in person and was told by the manager emma that there was no credit and I informed her I walked to jimmy johns on my lunch break just for her to tell me I need to calm down and to get out of her store after I only simply tried to explain what was told to me by the manager at the time.

I wasted my whole lunch break and did not end up getting any food because she was so rude I don’t think I will ever return to the store

Super frustrated to spend almost $50 for three combos and to be budged while waiting to order in the drive thru and to have our orders wrong. I've been coming here for a while and it seems to be getting crappier and crappier.

Do not order a wrap it’s a huge waste of money … this place is already expensive enough I might as well get as much as I can🤷‍♀️wrap vs sanwhich pics below… oh yeah the wrap is not the same meat ratio … it’s ALL lettuce. I’m sure it’s the way JJ Corp wants it but it’s a joke

I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich from Jimmy John’s, but when I got home and opened it, there was no chicken in it.

I called the store and spoke to the manager, who assured me that he had credited my account.

Today, I went in to redeem that credit—only to find out there was no record of it.

What is going on with these companies? This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. It shouldn’t be that hard to do the job right the first time. If mistakes weren’t made, they wouldn’t have to be fixed later.
I had not been to Jimmy John's in months because of a similar experience.

Closed at 2pm on a Sunday!? The owner of this restaurant should just close it, they clearly can’t handle the business.

What is the purpose of me ordering 15 min ahead on the app if when I get there the food is still not ready. I get to the front of the window and the guy asks me my order and at that point starts making it. Freaky fast subs huh? What a joke of a location. One of the workers was legitimately standing and watching the other workers work. Never coming here again

Went to get a sandwich for lunch and this location was not open despite having posted hours saying it was. Doors were locked, all lights were off and no employees were even in the building.

This is by far the worst!!! chicken Ceaser wrap I have ever had it was all wet and smushed way to watery, it was Awful???

I got in the drive thru line at 11:50 am. I did not leave the drive thru line until 12:20 PM. The car in front of me gave them their card for payment and then had to wait 10 minutes until they got their sandwich.

When I finally got to the window they told me they were backed up before taking my payment and giving me my sandwich. I wasted my entire lunch break in a drive thru line to finally get my food only to get out of line and find that despite the receipt showing the correct product, they gave me someone else's sandwich.

Shut this location down. The staff are too blazed on the job to take a sandwich order correctly. I'd go back for a refund but I don't have 10 hours for them to finally take my order.

A joke of a restaurant run by clowns pretending to be adults. I can only hope they're doing all this for free because there's no way they're "earning" any paycheck with such terrible performance.

Stay far away.
