The staff are great! I rated them low for food. This is only because they have a very limited menu for both food and drinks.

Wonderful experience!!!! Just awesome workers and the cats that I interacted with were very sweet ( and adopted already). Very enjoyable.

Loved the atmosphere, you can sip on coffee, kit-TEA, espurresso, soda, or nibble on a muffin or cookie while watching a bunch of cats play in a segregated room with a see through plastic/glass wall. That way, you don't have to worry about any animals getting into your food or spilling your drink and still be able to watch a bunch of cats play. They also have cute names for the drinks such as kit-TEA (kitty) for instance, or esPURResso (espresso) with little cat puns in them. Or, Ex-purr-esso instead of expresso. Cat-finated instead of caffeinated is another good pun that they had as well. There are also gifts you can buy like cat merchandise such as a bag with cats on it, cat nip, etc. If you do go inside to see the cats, there's hand sanitizer to use before going inside and then after when you come out of the cat room. Cat play toys are inside the room, so you can play with the cats. There are chairs and tables for you to sit on (this way, kitties will jump onto your lap since they ask that you don't pick up cats). Cats are well socialized, so a number of them will actually walk up to you to be petted. Additionally, They have little biographies with the name of each cat and a photo describing what each kitty is like (for example, they might mention in the bio that a cat is "shy at first but will be a love bug once getting to know you", or "loves human food", or "friendly with dogs and kids"). My experience there was the cat's meow (bad pun, i know but twas really a dandy time.)
Kid-friendliness: They allow kids in there, and I saw a few girls enjoy playing with the cats. Also they have noncaffinated drinks for kids too

Always a joy to visit! The coffee specials are usually something I'd love to try, the cats are guaranteed adorable and sweet, and the staff are fantastic. Absolutely recommend a visit!
Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming to kids! There are some rules, but they're clearly communicated and for the safety of both the cats and kids.

Didn't eat food, but coffee is great. Only one star off for service because they were understaffed and one person can only do so much. I didn't play with the cats, but it's still amusing to watch them through the window

I was honestly very disappointed in this place. This possibly could be due to visiting my first time on a Saturday, although I can’t trust that it operates differently on any other given day. The concept is super cool, but I don’t love the way it is being executed. I find it inhumane to allow so many people at a time in a room with these cats who essentially have nowhere to go when they are overstimulated. And every cat was overstimulated. My dad and I chose to stay fairly still and let them approach if they were comfortable, while we watched nearly every other guest break rules left and right. It was loud, bright, and people were disrespectful with little to no repercussions from staff. My problem is that any person who knows cats or has a cat should know how to read their body language. The cats were irritated, and again, overstimulated with being touched, chased, grabbed repeatedly, probably all day. The cats were all looking for a space to curl up in the dark in peace. All the cat trees were still within a person’s reach, there were no areas a cat could hide all to themselves. People dragged them out of their spots, kids crowded around them, I saw some cats with genuine fear in their expressions, trying real hard to get out the door. Truly, I just feel bad for the cats here who seem to be treated almost as petting zoo animals. I write all this because I care about their wellbeing, and believe they should be allowed more space to relax in quiet away from strange people if they want. I also think a more balanced human to cat ratio would be helpful for all. The experience I had did not allow me to socialize with cats because I did not feel comfortable invading their space when they clearly were not interested in any of it. My dad and I left earlier than our previously reserved time slot, in hopes to give up some space. Thank you for reading this review.
Coffee and cats. What more is there to say? It was pretty funny watching a less than excited parent slouched in a corner of the coffee shop while the more than excited family member was checking out the cats next door.

Wonderful organization with good coffee and merch for cat lovers! I really appreciate how they have rescue cats in the cafe that are up for adoption. A great cause and a great time!
Excellent coffee. Baristas have always been very nice and know their stuff. Their signature drink has butterscotch, which is rare to see, so is my go-to. After their break-ins from a while back, I try to stop in every so often to get a coffee and support. They care about the cats on staff and definitely help in getting them to good homes.
Dietary restrictions: Have optional choices for milk, like oat or almond.

This place has an awesome mission, and it seems to be very successful in cat adoption. However, staff is extremely rude. They definitely brought down the positive energy the mission emits by yelling at customers (I watched another patron get loudly scolded for mistakingly drinking a wrong drink) and having overall bad attitudes. Also, the drinks made were meh. I don't know if I'd return again.

Lame. Overpriced. Kids can't look at cats
It was a very cute place with little goodies to buy but there was this worker who was really rude and tracking my every move complaining about every little thing. She was trying so hard to get me kicked out and leaving the other worker to manage the food all by herself. The items and food were slighlty overpriced and the macarons were all sold out. Like everyones gonna want to buy those so make a bunch? The workers were just lazy and this one worker just ruined the whole experience. The litterboxes smelled horrible as someone with cats. They were clearly to lazy to clean them. I would come again but not to this one.

Don’t bother coming here at the earliest time. Their doors will be locked and you will be waiting and losing time that you paid for.
The employees also have poor manners. No, “please, thank you, I’m sorry” none of it.
Edit: No, this was for the 11am session. Me and FOUR other guests were talking about this how they were waiting in line for you to open just for us to lose out on cat time because there wasn’t enough time to check in.
I would suggest opening the doors earlier on holidays….?

I went there with my daughter who is special needs and loves cats. I have heard about this place and really wanted her to experience this. We were completely shut down by the barista who saw that I was wearing a shirt with a depiction of the American Flag. She was downright rude to us. She had colored hair and was wearing a mask. Not only was she rude she made the completely wrong coffee that I threw away right outside the door. I guess you have to be a certain kind of woke to be welcome here.
