I love A&W. Even while this location was short staffed per a note they had I would have never noticed with how efficient they worked together as a team to get orders done in a very timely fashion. I recommend!

Food not the best. Ordered the special of the day. Didn't realize at the time as I was in a rush but I was charged the full price instead of the special price. Won't return. Only went there because I like the root beer.

I pressed my palm against the door to the A&W and was granted access from the security robots cleverly disguised as quarter trinket machines. I wasn't fooled, so I ordered my food but kept my eye to the soda machines. I would never be betrayed by the sweet A&W root beer made on site, but it's delivery could be menaced by any number of perils. In a series of near miss dodges and martial prowess my family's food arrived with all the haste that care could provide. A fine meal was had even under the unblinking eyes of the robots. It's worth the risk. Get a burger with French fried onions.

I normally don’t do reviews but this one I have to. I am in the area for family and went in to use bathroom and grab a quick bite to eat. But decided I won’t eat there cuz of how 2 workers were talking about another co-worker behind her back. I seen the worker leave and the other 2 start talking about her. I am thinking about stopping in and hoping to be able to talk to the worker. She has a right to know how her co workers treating her and maybe give some advice and tell her to keep her head held high. I really hope this workers don’t do this to other team members if so this ppl ain’t the ppl to have on your team. Do better

Ran into family in the lobby. The food was great and service was fantastic!
Went in ordered three medium vanilla ice cream cones, watched the girl behind the counter take the cone fill it with ice cream and took the lid of the top oof the mmachine and dump the icream back in machine like 15 times before we recieved one of them she did this for all three cones once we got them they were a light tan color not white like vanilla I e cream should be and tasted funny and left a horrible after taste

The fry girl kept picking her nose or wiping her face with her gloved hand then proceeded to serve food after without changing her glove. Caught her in the act multiple times. My burger wasn't exactly hot. Not the end of the world but the staff should be better about cleanliness

First off I thought you had to wear gloves when working with food. I was a kitchen manager and it's mandatory to wear gloves. Working fryer with all that grease I would hope you would be wearing gloves so l don't know why they aren't. I went to the other day and there was a lady in the drive-through. She was an older Lady and she got yelled at by one of the employees for hitting a curb. Why would you yell at a lady when she didn't even mean to? That's not very work professional right there I don't think that was right. I don't think that person should be working there if she's gonna constantly yell at people and I'm assuming that she yells at some of the employees as well that isn't nice.

Service was awful. Stood there for 10 min. before getting waited on. There was no one in the place. All you heard was arguing between employees.

My husband and I dined in 11/24/2024 at 11:50am. The young lady who helped was courteous, hard working, friendly and overall excellent costumer service. While there she wasted no time and was cleaning tables and floors. You don’t meet many like her and she should be recognized for her hard work and costumer service. Thank you. Debra
