Service was awful. Stood there for 10 min. before getting waited on. There was no one in the place. All you heard was arguing between employees.

The food was not right if you order no tomato because of allergies and get tomato that is just careless on their part . Also plain burger has the ketchup and mustard on it. The chili dog only had cheese. That is after over 30 bucks on the order

When then have their classic car shows, they have a line out the door for food. But it never seems like we have more then a 15-20 minute wait from line to receiving our food. They are ROCK STARS ?!!

A large group of construction contractors was in the area today and it seems all of us went to A&W. I'm sure the staff was overwhelmed but they were courteous and friendly. The food was out pretty quickly too! Very impressive!

Our food was ready in about two minutes. Obviously it wasn't fresh. The burgers were lukewarm and old, the french fries were limp and soggy. It was particularly disappointing because I drove 35 miles to surprise my wife, and it didn't resemble the A&W food that we grew up with.
Nice people but Not worth such huge prices.i won't be back.

Staff didn’t repeat our order back after seeming confused about our orders to clarify if they were correct. When we pulled up to the window they didn’t say a word just took our card gave it back and handed us our food and shut the window.

New London Mn. area..the younger gals that work there do what they want, they serve what they want, in a bad mood, rude, they talk back with attitude, you go there buy food to go and you drive 20 min to destination and the order is wrong or not enouph that sucks..and its dirty. Too
