Hubby and I stopped by for a late breakfast and coffee for the first time AND LOVED IT! I appreciated all the sugar free options for the coffee. The ladies were so welcoming and friendly, the food was great. The treats looked and smelled delicious, I walked out with almost one of everything! We will be back.❤️

Sweet River is one our family’s favorite places! We love the food, and all of the amazing coffee and sweets. Not only that but their cakes have been a huge hit for birthdays.
Besides all of the yumminess we love the people and the vibe. Always cheerful and welcoming, even with my passel of children.

What a great small town experience. The bakery macaroons are fantastic. Will be back!
First time through. The New London-Spicer area is peak small town Americana. Friendly, attentive. I pulled over to make a phone call along the roadside and a farmer stopped to ask if I needed assistance. Sweet River Cafe along New London's Main Street is no departure from the plot.
And have a look at this macaroon! Stop in for coffee, a bite to eat, or something sweet.

high prices for a regular cafe. paid almost $30 for a sandwich with coffee. a young guy worked in the kitchen and cooked food without gloves🤢I was there for the first and last time, do not recommend.
