Horrible. I ordered a dipped cone and it was all broken and melted. Worst ice cream I’ve ever had.
Waited a very long time, had me thinking they had to go kill the chicken for my chicken strips. Employee in the window, female didn’t speak at all outside of making us pull forward to wait 20 minutes and was very rude. Prices are too high for the quality. Fries were atleast 30 minutes old, threw them away, what did I wait so long for?

On saturday oct 2 we got an early lunch and ice cream. For the first time in dq history these blizzards were perfected. Cant say enough good things about the food. Well done!

Wait half a hour for meal in drive thru just to jet half my order. This is the last has happened almost ever Sunday I go I'm out my money for a meal I won't eat and I don't want to spend an hour in the drive thru to get the correct meal I will bring my money else where's I'm not spending almost 20 dollars for them to f up my meals anymore

It has a solarium. A little more expensive than McDonalds but a small price to pay for the soulfulness that is now extinct within our present fast food eateries.

DQ Dylan! This young man went out of his way to put customers first. His team included but Dylan was who we interacted with. People lined up for ice cream before they were even open. (Internet says open 10am and it's actually 11am) everyone left with ice cream! Way to go DQ New Prague. Thank you Dylan for being so nice about it all!
