Ordered for pick up. Was told that the food was ready and after waiting 15 minutes at the counter I was finally approached and then told the food was still baking. 35 minutes myself and another customer watched one of the staff drop a pizza cutter on the floor, pick it up, and continue pizza. We won’t be going back. Been getting pizza there for years but I won’t be going back.

Placed a delivery order online and the time stated was 26-41 minutes. Called an hour later due to the order still showing “Ordered”. I was informed it was going to be at least another hour. I asked them to cancel the order. Still waiting on a refund a week later.

Pizza was inedible - they would not remake it, nor even acknowledge it was bad, email complaints have fallen on deaf ears, sorry but just because my pizza was free doesn't mean it should be inedible.

Hayden was apparently the manager on duty and was extremely rude when I called because they didn’t deliver our food. After 3 phone calls he Claimed he’d remake it and redeliver, but within 5 minutes of ending the phone call the original order came that sat for over an hour at the store. When asked for the district managers name he refused. The food was disgusting and old. Seriously, customers pay your salary so treat them that way.

Order has been sitting in quality check for over 20 minutes now. If your going to order from here place the order at least 1.5 hours before your actually hungry. We have never had are order on time before. This is the last time we will ever order from this location…

We said hey no problem we will come pick it up instead ( 15min drive ) then can you throw in 2 lava cakes ( hence already waiting a hour and a half ) ( they didn't even make it yet) and they said we would have to wait another hour then if we wanted 2 lava cakes . This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I managed a pizza place 15 years and never seen or experienced this sort of bad customer service. I get it their busy .but call people then . Or tell the new orders the real time it's going to take . Or pause the online orders or phone calls till the staff catches up . There's so many ways around this then making a whole bunch of people upset. Lava cakes are 2 inches . Instead of losing a 50 buck order and customers that just moved here.

This crew is spot on! I do carry out and have my food delivered when I'm not in a rush. Their pizza's are always loaded with toppings. Their baked sandwiches are incredible. The cinnamon twists are a diabetics dream. They even have a driver who always gives out milk bones and cat treats for your pets. Genius! Stops my dog from barking and rushing the door.

It's uncomfortable when you pay on card and have a cash tip, there's an old man that'll come to the door demanding I give him a tip. Sometimes refuses to leave until I give him a tip even if I had the tip money in my hand. This is completely unprofessional for a delivery driver to do, he is the reason why I have completely stopped tipping delivery drivers because I absolutely refuse to tip that man.I have been told by managers that he'll be fired yet he still shows up to my house when I order pizza, absolutely terrible service.Don't order from this place, only if you want an old man yelling at your front door for a tip right in front of your children.
