*edited to add, we reached out after the comment from Dominoes below. Still haven't heard back 4 weeks later. While it seems funny to drive a half hour in to Prior Lake to their Dominoes, it's actually faster to drive there and back, and they get things right.
I think at this point it's our fault for even trying. We're on round 4 of free pizza credit because each time they make a free pizza to apologize for getting our last pizza order wrong (or not making it at all as happened once), they get the free pizza order wrong. Tonight we talked to a manager to just make sure our pizza would be made correctly, and it was made beautifully. And then they couldn't accept the free pizza credit anymore because the system was down. Like I said, I think it's our fault at this point for even trying. Dominoes in Prior Lake gets our pizza right pretty much every time and the ease of getting the right order to New Prague is worth the delivery fee and driver tip

I love this Dominos. New Prague always gets the food right, never forgets the drinks or dips, always courteous and kind to our many pets and animals we have out here on the hobby farm. Great people and the best Dominos I have been to. I am telling y'all, I have had a few issues with other places but never this one! Our driver tonight didn’t run off and let our tiny dog chase after him allowing me to get the dog safely inside too which was so appreciated.

This is a weird dominos. I’ve been ordering here a few times a year for 5 years. Most of the time, the food sits for 20-30 minutes before leaving the store for delivery. And is cold and/or not fresh on arrival. They always happily refund it but never seem to care? I recently tried to politely ask what their procedures are when it’s busy - like at what point they will remake it or call to give you a heads up of late delivery. They said never, and suggested I pickup instead. I was genuinely nice and just trying to figure it out, and they insisted I am the only customer this has happened to, even though my neighbor continuously has the same experience. 🤷🏼♀️

Ordered for pick up. Was told that the food was ready and after waiting 15 minutes at the counter I was finally approached and then told the food was still baking. 35 minutes myself and another customer watched one of the staff drop a pizza cutter on the floor, pick it up, and continue pizza. We won’t be going back. Been getting pizza there for years but I won’t be going back.

Placed a delivery order online and the time stated was 26-41 minutes. Called an hour later due to the order still showing “Ordered”. I was informed it was going to be at least another hour. I asked them to cancel the order. Still waiting on a refund a week later.
Pizza was inedible - they would not remake it, nor even acknowledge it was bad, email complaints have fallen on deaf ears, sorry but just because my pizza was free doesn't mean it should be inedible.

Hayden was apparently the manager on duty and was extremely rude when I called because they didn’t deliver our food. After 3 phone calls he Claimed he’d remake it and redeliver, but within 5 minutes of ending the phone call the original order came that sat for over an hour at the store. When asked for the district managers name he refused. The food was disgusting and old. Seriously, customers pay your salary so treat them that way.
