Hy-Vee Market Grille Express

Don't use the gas station for points. I used pre pay for the points. I was charged $50. For a$33. charge at the pump. I talked to the manager, he gave me a run around and said corporate will deal with it. I had all the receipts. Disheartening

Havent had an experience this bad in a long while.

Kudos to Eric and his team in New Prague for correcting issues I had on a Door Dash order that were 100% clearly Door Dash's responsibility! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that our food was hot and delicious! While I will never order from Door Dash again, I will definitely order directly from the New Prague Chicken Shack in Hy-vee again! Thank you for changing a disaster into a really pleasant experience!

Went to get food. We ordered and waited half hr and still no food. Ask where our food was and was told that the cook who was on break just came back. The cashier didn't inform us of this. So they gave us a free meal and 15 bucks for wasting an hr of time. Then we complained because our daughter food was cold. The manager said they'd get us new to then be told she wouldn't serve that dry Chinese food to again. Si again we had to wait for fresh food. While the continued to serve others the dry Chinese. When we finally got home to eat my wife sandwich was dry and over cooked and mine was burnt. Run away and never buy food here

Had a great experience on 8/5/22! Everyone was so friendly and nice! the team in the Market grille was so friendly and all the cashiers up at the front end were friendly and helpful as well, helpful smile in every aisle! Thanks Karen and Colton for a great experience!!
