this is the worst mcdonald’s in a 30 mile radius and i’ve actually been keeping track of which locations are better than this one over the last 6+ months and it’s literally any other one at any given time(lakeville, both chaska locations, both shakopee, jordan, prior lake, etc). WHY ARE THE FRIES RAW EVERY TIME??? they’re also never filled full. i’d actually want to spend more money on gas getting to another location than on the food at this place(and i have).. the young workers are all kind and hard working and no hate to them but the seemingly high managers on the other hand who have been working at this place since the other building i think should know better.. im a cook myself in a sit down restaurant(have worked for corporations and local), not saying i should expect high quality from this place but atleast my food cooked through, you can tell its not at how starchy they are, the color and when you pick it up at any given time its limp. if its fresh oil i’d understand the color but its literally not even cooked through!!!! i’ve also had close experiences with the nuggets not feeling cooked long enough. i’ve just mainly stopped getting those now and only fries but that’s not even safe. *pic inserted is of a large fry that was not touched until we got home and was tired of paying $5 for a not full and raw container of fries*

Met an EXCELLENT man at the drive thru. Late night order of $5 meal deal and snack wrap. At 11pm Triston served my food quickly and in good spirits. Got a good chuckle and some good food. I’d go everyday if there was more people like Triston. 10/10

When the staff is short handed and the manager doesn't come in to help. This store will never make it. The wait times are horrible and the people that do show up to work are being over worked because the manager won't come in and help. They said nobody had any breaks and the one guy said he opened the store by him self. They said they called her but she doesn't answer her phone.

Once again the food was cold and took forever fun the drive thru and I was the only car in the drive thru. I ordered and went to the first window and paid and then the pickup window and they made me pull forward because the food wasn’t ready and then 10 minutes later I got my food. Drove away and at the other end of town grabbed the fries to find they were cold. Put them back in the bag and grabbed my quarter pounder to find that it was cold as well. You would think that if I had to wait 10 minutes my food would at least be hot. This McDonald’s has the worst service and food in Mn. I’ve given them many chances but they always let me down.
