When the staff is short handed and the manager doesn't come in to help. This store will never make it. The wait times are horrible and the people that do show up to work are being over worked because the manager won't come in and help. They said nobody had any breaks and the one guy said he opened the store by him self. They said they called her but she doesn't answer her phone.

Once again the food was cold and took forever fun the drive thru and I was the only car in the drive thru. I ordered and went to the first window and paid and then the pickup window and they made me pull forward because the food wasn’t ready and then 10 minutes later I got my food. Drove away and at the other end of town grabbed the fries to find they were cold. Put them back in the bag and grabbed my quarter pounder to find that it was cold as well. You would think that if I had to wait 10 minutes my food would at least be hot. This McDonald’s has the worst service and food in Mn. I’ve given them many chances but they always let me down.

We were at McDonalds in New Prague on 9/18 around 5:45 dining in and I would like to thank the whole crew and I have to do a shout out to an employee there named Landon who went out of his way by being extra polite and had great manners. This is the first time I ever received such politeness and nice people skills at this location. He should be recognized for this.

Guy took my order, told me to go ahead to window 2. Sat in line for 15 min behind person at window 1. Proceeded to window 2 for my order where no one acknowledged me for another 5 while people behind me were receiving their orders. Poor service!

I am a frequent visitor for lunch as my workplace is in close proximity. Yesterday, I opted for the collectors cup meal but unfortunately did not receive the cup. Today, when I ordered the same meal, I was informed that it cannot be ordered through the drive-through, a detail that was not communicated to me previously nor displayed on any signage. Specifically, I requested a Carmel frappe blended with Oreo, but only found Oreos on top. To my surprise, the lady handed me my fries at window #2 and hurriedly closed the window while i was asking for ketchup and napkins. I would have spoken with a manager however, my break was only 15 minutes. Despite this, the food was fresh.
Ordered 1 singular ice cream cone waited about 25 minutes, standed by the counter and nobody acknowledged me so left after waiting for 30 minutes. Absolutely brutal!!!

I went and got their collectors meal with the 10 piece nuggets through the drive thru, then a couple days later try to get the breakfast one through the drive thru and they say it's only online or I can come in and use the kiosk. I didn't wanna argue so I just a sausage mcmuffin no egg, and they gave me egg. If the right people ain't working you aren't getting what you want.

Very very funny story. My fiance HATES salt, however; I love salt. I have no idea why they don't throw out the old stale fries, but they were COLD! I tried my Fiance's and they were fresh and burning!! Absolutely ridiculous... How are you gonna serve people fresh fries WITH cold ones in the SAME ORDER ?♂️! Not to mention the sauce proportions... Ask for regular sauce on a Big Mac, you get nothing but sauce. If you ask for little sauce, you'll never eat something so dry. I have so much more to complain about, (like the highschool coworkers literally moaning and groaning about how they don't want to work there and how they don't feel like they want to empty the trash bins to their buddies).

employs don’t act like they want to be there waited in line for 10 mins no one else was in there employees saw me but hid in the back on there phone. they were expecting me to use the screen cause they lazy. biscuit was dry.
