Awful. Very limited food options for a so called "buffet". No protein options for the salad, half of the toppings were empty. Pizza had about 2-3 options at a time. The chicken/potatoes section had a glob of stuck together pieces of chicken, no chicken fries, and very clumpy mashed potatoes. Half the tables were not bussed. The only good thing was the soft serve ice cream.

We enjoy eating at pizza ranch but this location was a disappointment. We arrived at 5:30 4 pizza on buffet half gone, no ranch sticks, went to the chicken it looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Will give credit to the carrots and green beans they where good. Salad bar the dressing bottles needed to be filled. In the half hour we where there not one fresh pizza was brought out. Some fresh chicken was brought out. Dessert pizza where way over cooked. Need ro do some traing with staff on how to gage your food. There was 15 to 20 people there looking for something good to eat. Will give credit the place was clean just no food.

I’ve been pleased with my experiences with Pizza ranches (not this location) before. Upon arrival to this store, the staff was nonexistent, multiple 4 & 6 top tables weren’t bussed, and the buffet was empty. Not slightly stocked… but empty. 8 trays of pizza all barren, no lettuce, and no chicken or mashed potatoes available. Multiple tables of people, all between 2-6 all waiting to get food. Upon reading other reviews from this store, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident. The poor staff can be seen cooking as fast as humanly possible, but the lack of management intervention to address this persistent issue is depressing to see. For a restaurant to be known for its buffet, this was beyond saddening. For 1 hour of sitting around, I got 2 slices of pizza and 1 chicken thigh. Please hire more staff, you can do better. Out of 34 tables, 8 are clean. Talking to a fellow patron, this isn’t an isolated incident, this facility has been known to be understaffed. 20 dollars I want a refund. Please take this seriously, and don’t reply with a generic response; You can do better pizza ranch.

We love pizza ranch. Tonite we went there for dinner. It was terrible. They always have the best chicken it was just blah. Think they forgot to season it. Certainly hope they do something. We are afraid to go back .

My last 2 orders have taken about an hour to receive after being told they would take 20 minutes.
The first, I sat in the drive through for 30+ minutes after waiting the 20 minutes at home after placing my order.
The second, was a delivery order that took 20-30 minutes longer than I was told as well. Their online tracker does not update at all and I had to call 3 times before I got a hold of someone that told me my order was delayed.
Neither time was there an effort made to compensate me for the extra time.
It’s a shame because the pizza was good but I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.
