Ordered a sweet onion teriyaki chicken foot long not toasted online. When I got my sandwich they didn’t even warm up the chicken they putted cold chicken on there. I tired to call the store and tell them but they seem like they didn’t know what to do.

Person making my sandwich laughed at my order under her breath and the other worker said gross so yea won’t be back ..I get a sub 3 times a week maybe more depending on the week and tipped 10% even after all that wow is all I gotta say the people employed at this location are the worst

We got our food I guess. With flies stepping on it. The workers took our orders but looked so displeased to work there that I didn’t want to be there any longer. Plus. There’s a weird smell once you get to the counters.

This is 3rd strike, they made wrong sandwich. They're not following what i want when i ordered on mobile phone. This place is one of worse ever i had. I will rather to go to other subway at Owatonna.

I'm giving one star because the food tasted okay. However the two employees argued with me about a sub that was on the menu. Argued to the point the came to the otherside of line just tell me I was wrong and i wasnt. Lacked any sort of professionism or training.
Mariano was great making my food, it was good sandwich. He is very easy on the eyes!

Every time I go to this location the bread is super dry and they don't offer certain subs after a certain time. I come after work which is around 8-830pm and they already have meat balls put away. The hours are listed until 9pm so all subs should be offered until 9pm.
