Only had 2 people working, one at the bar and restaurant and the other in the kitchen. They were friendly, but we waited 15 min to get a drink and an hour fifteen for our food. It was tough to do so with a toddler. Decent food.

We had take out from here Monday night. It was awesome! The burgers and onion rings were Delicious!! Definitely recommend The Rusty Spoke!

I won’t be going back here again any time soon, if ever! I went for the 99 cent wing Wednesday special, which I’ve done before. The food has always been great, but every time, there is only 1 bartender/waitress, and tonight I waited a half hour for her to finally come and take my payment and run my card! I don’t care how good the food is, I shouldn’t have had to sit there that long! I very nearly walked out without paying, but my conscience wouldn’t let me. At that point, my food shoulda been free! They clearly need to hire more help!

I would have given this establishment a zero-star rating if possible. Unfortunately, that option is not available. We experienced an unacceptable delay of over an hour for our food on Saturday. The kitchen staff's lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing, particularly when they were observed using their phones while preparing food, which raises serious health concerns. Upon receiving our food, we were appalled by its quality. Our waitress, Ally, was unprofessional and unpleasant. When we requested to split the bill in half for the two couples at our table, she returned with the same bill for both sides. After pointing out the error, she responded with a nasty tone, citing that she was only human. Although she reprocessed the bill, it was still incorrect. I strongly advise patrons to carefully review their receipts. Given the subpar food and service, I would recommend exploring alternative options. The atmosphere was also uninvitingly dark, which seemed reflective of the overall experience. If you are seeking good food and great service, this establishment may not be the ideal choice.
