The food was good, the service was even better. Logan did a great job as our server and the only issue was it took a little longer than we would have liked to get our food. But the food was very fresh and tasted very good.

Service was very poor. Wrong beverage was brought to booth. Waiter apologized and said the beer would be free. Were billed for the beer. One person in party received food much later than 2 other patrons, Waiter gave excuse that order got lost in the kitchen. Appetizer tray came late. Waiter was overwhelmed with her job, tried very hard to provide good service but failed. A discussion with manager produced no positive results. We will not choose Applebees in New Ulm for a LLLOOOONNNNGGGG time.
