Was literally just there and ordered a london fog Latte. My only request was, can you do lavender instead of the vanilla. What they gave me instead was just earl gray and steamed milk. No flavoring, no objection to the revision, just hot milk and a tea bag.

I have recently moved to the area & only visited this location a few times & EVERYONE is AWESOME!
Just stopped in for a coffee. $8+. The cashier taking my order couldn't even say hi to me. I don't know what's up with people these days, simple customer service goes a long way. They have the audacity to ask for a tip but can't even be polite and inviting. I know it's a small time job but I guess you're not getting a tip, a good review, or a repeat customer. My coffee was very light on the coffee, heavy on the cream.

I used the app to order coffee for a group of people but I forgot to verify the location before submitting the order. When I arrived to the New Ulm location the drinks were not there and I was confused. We figured out they were at a different location and they made my drinks anyway! I was so thankful!! Way to go New Ulm Caribou!
