The app clearly states that customers are not to have contact with the driver and the driver is to put the food on a chair provided by the customer! I personally think this snowflake rule is a tip killer for the driver! So when the driver repeatedly knocked on my door I did not answer! I also provided a chair for the food! I did not tip because the driver did not play by the rules! This is a great example of a local business managed by someone who lives in his mothers basement!

Tonight we decided to order delivery, after being burned in the past we thought we would give it another go.
