Disappointed in our last experience. We arrived for our curbside pickup a few minutes after the latest projected time for our order being ready. We waited another 20 minutes before someone came out with food, but our order wasn't right. They were missing a pizza and we only ordered 3 things. We waited another 20 minutes for the missing pizza to be made and they gave me the wrong pizza. I gave up and took the wrong order home. It seemed like no one knew how to manage the orders. Total chaos

Watched the guy preparing food wipe his nose 3 times with his finger, back and side of an ungloved hand and wipe on his clothing. Requested from other worker that that person not touch my food and he took over. I think the other guy should have been told to wash hands and glove up.

Don't know why I tried to order pizza from this store again. I can't remember the last time this store didn't mess up my order. Whoever owns this store needs to sell it asap, to someone who cares about customer experience and satisfaction. You can't keep blaming the workers when the store keeps failing so badly for years. The current owner doesn't seem to care enough to train their employees properly. I won't be ordering pizza from this location again.

Ordered from this store for over 10 years, everytime its been a problem…orders not delivered, “Online” ordering not working for over 10 years, cold food, even had pieces missing from the pizza…”new” manager each time, and “understaff” as an excuse each time….absolutely the worst business ever delt with period.

Got pizza from here Easter Sunday 2024, didn't think too much of it at first. A few hours later that night around 730 ish, I got sick from the pizza and threw up. Never getting pizza from here again.

Got a car side delivery fast service but they handed me a med pizza. I told him I got a large he just said sorry and walked away. I got home and noticed it was the wrong pizza and checked my account. I ordered a large ham and mushroom on reg crust. I got a pepperoni on thin med. I called back up and asked if they could deliver the pizza I ordered they said no I had to go pick it up. Fine I did. As I was waiting for them to finish it all up they were cussing and talking about how people with allergies and religious beliefs would not eat or order Domino's!! Sorry it will be some time again before I get Domino's just for them being so rude !!

We ordered dominoes to our apartment during the New Ulm Parade of Lights. We had the best seats in the house and the best food in our bellies. Our delivery person went out of the way, fending off miserably cold and hungry bystanders by the hundreds off of our food to make the delivery. The extra time they spent ensuring deliciousness did not go unnoticed. Would recommend to any New Ulmite hoping for the most authentic, German Christmas experience.
