Never have I left a restaurant before ordering— until tonight. Took 10+ minutes before our server even came to our table after we were seated, and and at least 10 min more
before she returned to take our order. When i attempted to mozzarella sticks, server said they were out… again.

First, how can a restaurant, famed for its pizza, habitually be out of mozzarella sticks by 6pm on a Friday? (Third time we’ve tried with no avail). (Poor management and planning). Then , she mentioned a simple pizza was gonna take 45 minutes— and the house wasn’t that busy. Servers were frantic and the place just seemed chaotic.

As much as I love their pizza — I truly think it’s fantastic — the third time was the charm with poor service, lack of menu items, and unpreparedness. Only take out from here on.

(The staff at Green Mill should visit Plaza Garibaldi to see how it’s done right!)

Very disappointed! Came for my daughter’s boyfriend birthday. We were seated by a girl in shorty shorts; apparently this is the new uniform since both the hostess had them on. We ordered our drinks and then it came time to order our food we were informed they were out of white sauce and apparently all other sauces. No PASTA! I got overcooked boneless wings and the birthday boy ended up with a pain bacon cheeseburger. I don’t understand why we weren’t informed about all the items they were out of before sitting down. Not happy.

Very disappointed in food/beverage, not the server. Unable to make my drink because the soda gun was out. And no, Sprite is not an acceptable substitute for club soda. Out of mozzarella sticks. Out of quinoa for my salad. Please don't over cook my mild chicken wings, but yet some come out singed black on edges. Manager came over and apologized. Took food off the bill. Server was great, not her fault at all. But seriously! There was a grocery store less than 100 yards away!

Kelsey U. was a fantastic server. Service was very quick and polite. Food and drinks were phenomenal. Loved the discount received from booking at the hotel as well. I had the Italian Mac N Cheese, a Wild Berry Margarita, and a Hurricane. Drinks were fairly priced and were not weak lol ?

I haven't been to Green Mill in years. I always liked Green Mill. Now I love Green Mill. The service was great and the food is awesome. I've eaten here every day and have never been disappointed. Thank You Green Mill.

Service tonight was awful. After sitting there for 15 min someone finally came out took our order. Yes I know was 15 min cause I start my watch every time walk into a place. Never said a word that 3/4 of menu they couldn't cook. 5 min after that waitress comes back says they can't cook anything with pasta cause cooks left. I asked about walleye sandwich. She said couldn't cook that either. So finally settled on calzone thinking would be decent. So waitress brings food. Nicely I ask if you knew you had no cooks why didn't you say you couldn't cook half menu. This is like one of many bad experiences Ive had at this place. I told her I probably won't come back again. Waitress says well your probably not welcome back again. I immediately tell her I want a manager. She proceeds to ignore me and went and talked to bartender. Wasn't till check came I requested a manager from another waitress. They took 0 accountability for not telling us they couldn't cook half there menu. I mean if waitress would of just said hey have kitchen issue so please only order certain things would of been fine. But the additude got off waitress and manager. After already sitting there 20 min. Waiting. Then say "oh your order has only been in 5 min" . Shows how bad service is when sit for 20 min when not even busy there

Great food and great service.! We came during a baseball tournament night, so it was busy, and after service was slightly delayed the staff and management made up for it ten fold!!!! Very sweet, apologetic and accomidating! 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered a gluten-free sandwich as I have celiac disease. It does state cross contamination risk. It was definitely cross contaminated as I felt sick. It did taste very good and service was great.
