On our way down to Iowa for my family reunion, our truck broke down and we ended up in Happy Joe’s parking lot. While my fiancé was getting the truck looked at next door my daughter and I went in to enjoy some Air Conditioning and a soda. We saw they had games and I have $16 so we spent it! Love the arcade! My daughter and I had a blast. Next time I’ll have to try the food! Thanks for letting us hang out while waiting! You guys rock!!

The cheese bread was ok
The cheese pizza was awful. The cheese didn’t have much flavor. The crust was burnt I think it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten.

We were traveling through and had never been to a Happy Joe's and I am really glad we stopped here for lunch. We had the cauliflower crust pizza and kids pepperoni pizzas and they were very good. The cauliflower crust pizzas were the biggest ones that I have ever seen. The staff could not have been nicer and really made the experience fun at the arcade for our kids, especially the young man working the arcade and ice cream. If we are ever going through the area again, we will definitely stop here for pizza and games.

Had not been to a Happy Joe's since 1974. What great memories evoked at the New Ulm location! Logos and graphics of Happy Joe were fun to re-experience. The Pizza was generously topped and the crust was crispy on bottom and tender on top. The ice cream deserts were huge and priced very fairly. Our server was attentive and really made us feel welcomed. New Ulm and Happy Joe's is a destination for a June road trip.
Parking: Plenty of parking only a few steps from the front door!
Kid-friendliness: True to their theme, a great variety of game stations, pinball machine and more!
