Went inside last night 2-14-25 around 7pm to order my food to go. There was nobody in line. There were 3 people working in the back. I ordered 2 burgers and fries. I waited for over 30 minutes before I got my food. The one guy wasn’t even dressed in his uniform and was wearing a gray long john shirt. He had to make some more bacon. Upon taking the bacon out of the oven, he used his fingers to transfer it to the stainless container. Every piece he grabbed he licked his fingers first. I made a complaint, he didn’t care and thought it would be ok just to give me extra fries. So he dumps the fries right from the grease into paper bags, didn’t even drain them off. He puts all this in one bag. All my other food became grease logged, the fries were soggy and disgusting. The cheeseburger bun was stale and and the meat hard and cold. I threw all the food away. What a waste of time and money. This is the biggest let down of a Hardee’s restaurant I’ve ever went through. I told some customers that walked in behind me what I had seen, and they walked out. Absolutely disgusting.

Tanner was awesome and has a GREAT personality and demeanor for the drive thru. He was friendly and didn’t rush me and answered questions with a pleasant attitude. I wish all food service workers were this friendly. There was another gentleman that was assisting with the order as well and he was nice too. They made sure our order was correct and all while being nice. Thanks again!

So took 12 minutes for food. No water pressure so you were only able to have can soda few items on menu and than serve he threw my food at me said here you go. No pop in there had to knock on windows to ask for it fries where almost raw No apologies discount s or sign that there situation was an inconvenience to customers everytime I stop at this facility something is wrong or out I have never once gotta my whole order. Why do I keep stopping only place on that end of town on my way home. I'm sure this is not on the employees but fully lands on management.

This the last time I'm ever going to that joke of a place can't even say it's fast food took 20 mins fo get a cheese burger and fries out. The cashier that bagged my order (adam) was not wearing gloves then went and touched my curly fries with his nasty ass hands most un sanitary place I've been so far in my life 0/10 would not recommend going there i order a large curly fries and got maybe a medium

Went in with my 2 littles after shopping and didn't even get a hello, just a rude "it's going to be a long time." I understand if you're short staffed and busy. I've been there. We didn't stay for food and we won't be returning. Bummer because I love Hardee's.

The bag deals are what keeps me coming back: 2 cheeseburgers, fries and coke; Or 1 Hot Ham n Swiss or the Spicy Ckn wrap. Whichever 2 sandwiches I choose, plus a drink too??. Love the Deals and food. My Husband and I eat here every weekend as we're trying to finish building our house. Thanks ??

Awful service EVERY SINGLE TIME, the employees are rude and rolling their eyes if you ask a question. If you order online and select pick up from drive thru they still make you come in. I've explained that I have 5 kids in the car that are 3 and under so I either need to bring them all in to grab the order or leave them in the car which I don't like to do. The order is NEVER ready so I'm stuck waiting. Doesn't matter the time of the day, it's always the same BS. Foods good but everything else sucks which is why I rearly come here. And its AWESOME watching people come in AFTER me and get their orders before me.

The cashier wasn't friendly at all. She was rolling her eyes at other customers. Very very rude! No napkins out in the dining room. I stop here a lot due to traveling, but I will go down the road to sleepy eye next time.
