The atmosphere was amazing!! Courtney and Jude gave the absolute best customer service I have ever received in a fast food type place. These two made an amazing team! I did ask for a manager to express how great they were and it happened to be Courtney! Hands down an amazing experience!

Everyone but Courtney was excellent. She has had issues with my family in the past, but should have no idea who i am.I went in when she happened to be working, they ended up forgetting my cup for a drink. I went back to this Courtney to ask her for a cup, since she forgot. She proceeded to get very rude with me and said “I don’t need your help, you don’t work here I do. I would’ve known if I forgot your cup.”All in all Courtney was the ONLY rude employee, I had to ask another employee for a cup, so I did get a drink.

They took so ducking long my dog could make a better sandwich . My car ran out of gas because I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes my food was warmer that a desert fire hen I got it I wanted it to be cold and guess what.. there was a whole head of hair on my food I give them no stars I could if I could

Ridiculously long wait time. Sandwiches were good, but more bread than fillings. We thought the toppings came with the sandwiches, but didn't get any. No one asked if we wanted them.

Went to order lunch today shortly after 1 p.m. There was no bread available. What the heck?? How does this even happen?? You’re a sandwich place. Very disappointing.
The last time in the drive thru took almost 20 minutes with one car in front of me that only got one sandwich - and no apology for the wait. The have forgotten the avocado on the #12 sandwich before, and this time they forgot the lettuce. A little more attention to detail would be nice!!

I was walking past jimmy johns when suddenly my grandma had a heart attack Laurence came running out. He carried her over his shoulder all the way to the ER. He got us there freaky fast. A+ service A+ food, 10/10 will try to come again.

To the woman working the shift today at 3:15 on 4/6, you shouldn’t snap at customers who are looking for napkins that are not placed anywhere visibly but behind the counter with the bags. No need to be rude with an attitude. You could just let me know where they are normally but I’m pretty sure having grab my own bag and napkins from where I pick sandwiches up is the same at most stores.
