I ordered three unsweet teas and while waiting for our food we tasted them and they were all sweet, drive thru lady told us that they were unsweet. We told her again they were sweet teas that we can taste it and to get us new ones. She was so reluctant to get us new drinks.
While waiting for replacements my husband asked for 10 pink artificial sweetener packets. She says they don’t have the pink packets and asked if he wanted 10 pumps of sweetener? My husband says no and asks her what kind of packets do they have. She says they have Splenda. He says Splenda packets will be fine.
She then gives us the new teas, two tasted sweet again and only one tea tasted unsweet. Told her two teas are wrong.
She said the sweetner comes from the pump. Huh? No one asked for pumps of anything in their tea! My husband wanted packets and I didn’t want anything in my tea. My husband decided to just drink his. I wouldn’t drink mine so I had him pull over so I could go inside the restaurant. The guy inside had no problem getting me a unsweet tea. Diabetics should not order drinks here.

as i was feeling the nighttime pangs of hunger, i decided that macdons was the best option to satisfy my hunger. however when i went to the dons they would not serve me since i didn’t have a vehicle. this makes me sad. do better macdons
Kid-friendliness: they would not allow a walk up even tho the store was closed and the drive thru was open i just wanted a cheeseburger

Paid $2 extra to get pickles and extra pickles on my 2 McChickens and only received two pickles on each, fries were old and refried
Do NOT EVER order delivery!! Do not leave without checking your food first! I am lucky if I get everything and get it correctly made 1 out of 5 times I visit and I am super sick of it! This town needs more options

It's fast food. Nothing special. Way too expensive. But I like the App and curbside service Cookies are never available on the app, even though it's listed as an option. Pop is cheap and I love the frozen coke.

Horrible service. They can't teach their employees to actually ring up what customers want. I don't even know how they're still up. And running, I bet you, if you go behind the frickin counters, they probably don't even do their job behind there, it's probably filthy. They probably don't even pass health code regulations And then, when you go back to reorder what you tried to order the first time, they destroy your food

The customer service, it's horrible and when you're trying to order, you can't hear the customer assistant behind the speaker, nor can they seem to hear you, because whenever they mess app your order, it's always your fault, not their tired sluggish, not professional demeanor. Of co-workers. I've seen crackhead establishments ran better than that. Disappointing, and this is a massive franchise and y'all can't even do anything, right?Let alone even give some warm food

Everything was great untill my husband had a double quarter pounder with bacon from here and they told us to pull forward because of a wait and we waited maybe 2 minutes and he ended up throwing up he took 3 or 4 bite of the burger and he said it tasted funny and five minutes later he threw up. The burger was under cooked. Very disappointed. Never dining here again.
