The kid in the Drive-Thru couldn't get our order right. It was probably hard to hear because the kids were playing but still doesn't warrant him getting frustrated each time the order wasn't right, shuts the door and slams hands down like he is so mad he wants to punch something. This happened like 3 times. He had my card or I would have just drove away. After about 5 minutes we got card back. Went to next window. Waited another 3 to 5 and some other kid opens the door and just holds out bag and doesn't say anything for like 10 seconds. It was pretty uncomfortable for myself, the special needs adult, and the young kids in the car. Just sayin. I don't need some pissed off teenager throwing a tantrum while I just have to hope he gives me my card back without having a meltdown. Have someone else taking orders if they can't control their temper.

We ordered through the mobile application. We were told to pull up ahead and the kid Caden gave our food to someone else. We waited he approached 3 times with wrong order- when we asked he said I don’t make the food. We went through the drive again and whoever was at the window remade the order and apologized. Caden never even told them he screwed up, and hey there is a car out there waiting! Get your receipts because you will need it with employees like Caden. Thank you to the young man working the window who got us our order after 1/2 an hour. McDonald’s you need to do better - every time is a headache and you are now like Walmart avoid it cause it will aggravate you!

Went through the drive through , gave the gal a code from my app , my app said the code was taken and then she goes to tell me it won’t work , I retry to give a different code but says I used one already so i have to wait 15 minutes for another code I politely ask her if someone else is there who can help , she ignores me and keeps asking anything else i can get you . Very disappointed

I ordered three unsweet teas and while waiting for our food we tasted them and they were all sweet, drive thru lady told us that they were unsweet. We told her again they were sweet teas that we can taste it and to get us new ones. She was so reluctant to get us new drinks.
While waiting for replacements my husband asked for 10 pink artificial sweetener packets. She says they don’t have the pink packets and asked if he wanted 10 pumps of sweetener? My husband says no and asks her what kind of packets do they have. She says they have Splenda. He says Splenda packets will be fine.
She then gives us the new teas, two tasted sweet again and only one tea tasted unsweet. Told her two teas are wrong.
She said the sweetner comes from the pump. Huh? No one asked for pumps of anything in their tea! My husband wanted packets and I didn’t want anything in my tea. My husband decided to just drink his. I wouldn’t drink mine so I had him pull over so I could go inside the restaurant. The guy inside had no problem getting me a unsweet tea. Diabetics should not order drinks here.
