I took my mom here because she came from out of state and I really do enjoy the life cream at this shop, but I had so many issues while I was there. First of all the staff is all highschoolers who have no direction. They are rude and do not have social skills AT ALL. They stand in the back flirting 90% of the time and I feel like that just ruins the vibe of the shop. Secondly my mom wanted to purchase a water bottle because she was thirsty and they were out. It’s been 90 degrees for a while… seriously stay in stock of your water because it’s hot. This whole experience was truly terrible and unless they fix this staffing issue I will not be back. I’d rather get my ice cream at Walmart…

I stopped in with my parents and my 2-year-old daughter tonight for icecream after supper. My two-year-old loves Moana, and came into the store with her Moana barbie doll and was all excited to show Moana how she eats icecream. We sat down and started eating, and all of a sudden we hear the music from Moana playing over the store's speakers. My daughter looked around so confused on how her Moana doll was singing and I saw the cashier watching her from behind the counter smiling. It was such a sweet gesture for the girl working to play the music. It turned an already fun experience of getting to go out for icecream into a magical one. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work!
Ice Cream here is amazing, hired staff is amazing, however owner/manager of staff was extremely rude when asked why she scoops such small amounts compared to her staff. just a question but the rudeness with her response was uncalled for. I still bring my grandchildren for ice cream but not if she's behind the counter, her demeanor scared my 3 year old.
